“Delivery was fast and very good price. Stuff is vell packed. Snack's where fresh and was very price range was also very cheap. I totally gonna order again, something else here. I only complain is that. There is no Monster energy Drink variations.”

“I have ordered several times from American Soda and not really had a complaint about the products or customer services. The one thing that I would like to see is a packing receipt in with the items or if a product is not in stock an email or a letter inside as a sticker on a product is hard to miss. If trying to be eco-friendly an email would be great. I have had some items that are short on date but that is to be expected for some items. I find it great that I can order things that I miss and can not get any where else without it costing the moon. For those who may complain about the costs you have to factor in the cost of the item originally, which may include sales tax - then you have to figure in the postage and packaging from the USA and then you have to consider the cost of any customs charges. Sure there are a few things that are a bit pricey but in the long run it will still be cheaper than if you were going to import the items yourself. I know this as I have family in the states and I asked them to price things for me exactly and then asked them to price the P&P and est customs charges we are getting good value for money from this company. And for anything that you think is too pricey well get the ingredients at a shop most things can be made from scratch. I thank American Soda for making things a bit more homey (excuse spelling) one of the other things is the postage and packaging - it is easy to spend the allotted amount for free shipping and it is with you in about a week, I often go above the allotted spend for free shipping but I use the next day delivery service its value is outstanding.”

“A little poor seen as I had to chase my order after the tracking information didn't work, to be told the order had been lost somewhere along the line. On saying that after chasing the order the customer service I received via email with Melissa was very good she assured me she would get the order sent out to me and would be next day delivery as I wanted this order for a gift. On receiving my order I noticed one item was missing i wasn't informed of this or anything received to say I would be refunded so I then had to chase again for a refund to be issued. A few tweeks needed I think to provide a better service.”

“I was disappointed how small the packages were. The Red Vines were very small compared to what you get in the US. Also the Microwave Popcorn was just one package. For what you get it is too expensive. I will get back to my friends in the US and let them send me the stuff I need. Also, most of the articles on your webpage are "not Available". Disappointment.”

“Hatte aufgrund von beschädigter Ware bereits 2 Emails an den Kundenservice geschrieben, keinerlei Reaktion. Die Ware war im Paket einfach nicht ausreichend geschützt (glasflasche und Dosen nur mit füllchips gesichert, Dosen waren verdellt, aber noch verkraftbar, Glasflasche ist durch den Verschluss leicht ausgelaufen).”

“only flaw in the system is that you dont say that you only have a certain amount of stock on one item. If you order say 6 cases, the screen does,nt say that you can only 4 because thats all you have. Its frustrating.”
