“I was a little dissapointed to have to chase up my order after 2 weeks of hearing nothing, and to find my order hadn't been processed and the money taken. However, customer care quickly replied to my email and from that point on, the order was processed, dispatched and received promptly.
I was happy with the goods received.”
“Recently ordered a mixed order of root beer, grape soda and snacks. The order itself was processed just fine, unfortunately the delivery company screwed up badly - the order was split into 2 shipments. One shipment (everything but the grape soda) was left where I had specified, but the other shipment (the grape soda) has gone missing - presumably it was left with a neighbor (it was signed for) but no delivery note was left telling me where it is! The staff at American Soda have tried chasing up the delivery with the courier (Hermes), but as yet to little avail. So well done American Soda for trying, but poor work by the courier - I still haven't found my soda. :(”

“I will start with the good things. My order came quite fast and I was pleased with that and it had everything I ordered in it, however the Cheetos they sent me were out of date! I did. See that it said that some of the things might be out of date as its being posted from far but it was 3 weeks out of date and that's kinda ridiculous. Which means when they sent it, it was already off.”
“My order got left at a neighbours house as I wasn't in at the time, but when I went to that house they said they never got a package so I got I contact with Hermes and they said the note was an error and ignore it because it hasn't been delivered I spoke to 3 people all disconnecting me and after a few days my other neighbour knocked on the telling me they had my parcel so after being told it was an error and to ignore it by 3 people my neighbour actually had it the whole time and they wrote the wrong house number on the card posted through my door which I was not happy about. But on the bright side the Order was right and it was all nice”
“One out of the 2 cans of soda I had received was badly dented all around but didn't affect the product but one of packets of chips must of popped open in transit which made them go stail and fall out into the box.”
