“Love your product. Absolutely HATE your packaging. Takes up half my recycling basket to receive one small bag of cookie mix. Not good for the environment, my temper or my motivation to buy from you.”

“I have ordered from American soda before and usually have no problems. This time though there were. I ordered 2 products. One was sent but the other never appeared. After a week I eventually emailed customer services to be told they were out of stock and I would be refunded which I was but if I had not chased it up I wonder would i have been refunded.”

“American Soda is a very good company. Probably the best company in England selling a variety of American products. I Love it because I have an American background and grew up on many of these products. The only problem I have is the lack of available products (products out of stock). I still support the company in the hope they would increase their stock.”

“The package delivered in time, but to my disappointment, the Aunt Jamaima Syrup bottle was heavily damaged at the bottom. This must not be a failure by american soda, as it could have happened during delivery. Never the less the articles were all very sticky and I could save a little of the pancake syrup. The beverages should be better packaged next time.”

“Fast delivery and easy to order. I"ve been looking for true Canadian style dill pickle and those were the closest I ever found. Their molasses are out of this world on pancakes too! Would use again.”

“unfortunatly I can't coment on the standard of your produce as It still has not arrived nine days after ordering. I picked up an email at the weekend asking for more delivery detail as your courier could not find my work place yet multiple deliveries arrive there every day. I have recieved no further information apart from this request and when I tried to check the couriers website to track my package it couldn,t match the referance number to any outstanding delivery. So sorry but at the moment I won't be using american Soda again and now have to find another option for the event this Saturday that the goodies were for.”

“Good selection but quite a lot of the items are showing out of stock which can be frustrating. Delivery is good but there packing could be better, my order was just tossed in a box and some of the bags of crisps had been smashed and or burst. Still they do have good prices on most items.”

“Extremely disappointed! Spent around £10 including postage and packaging on some Oreo biscuits as a gift for my partner and they arrived in a paper bag with nothing to protect the biscuits at all. So obviously when my partner opened his gift every single biscuit was pretty much broken. Really not good enough.”
