“Absolutely appalled by the service I have experienced. My package containing only 2 out of 12 items I ordered was thrown over my side gate the packaged was open and 10 items were missing. I have emailed the company twice and still had no response. I will never be using this supplier again!”

Also, I did not like that you do not get an order confirmation of any sort after ordering. Only after I asked they send me the Hermes-Shipping code. I am rather disappointed with this site and will not order again.”

“I had high hopes for using this site again and again as I really am keen on one product. However after receiving my items a found that the "pictured" product I ordered was not what I received and in actual fact ended up being literally half the weight and more expensive than the same product bought in my local Tesco. Yes the weight was listed on website BUT why picture a different UK packet when selling the US version?.... I complained and to be fair was offered a refund but I am more annoyed at the fact their was no acknowledgement of the error that many other customers will probably make due to the miss leading information.”
