“There was a few issues, this included before receiving the product and receiving the product. It took much longer than I expected to receive the PC but in the end it did arrive with no issue. When I received PC and started using it, there was many issues, and even now there are still a few issues that I still don’t know whether they are hardware problems or problems I can resolve myself – but I do want to say that every fault I’ve encountered I’ve sorted out, but I still have new issues every day. But the main reason why I’ve gave three stars and not higher is due to the support I receive, which isn’t as good as it should be.”
“The PC was assembled really well and I received regular updates, I did have a minor issue with Windows where it would not install any apps from the Microsoft store, but a reinstall of Windows fixed this issue”

“Great service. Always replies back to queries quickly and they are transparent on what goes on to the pc as you wait. Pc came in with all the correct parts with nothing wrong with it. Also the only thing that was bad about ordering from americanbuilds was that it takes quite a while for them to process the order. Mine taking almost 14 business days rather than the proposed 7-9 business days. Furthermore, one thing to be aware is that prices on the website fluctuate from time to time.”
“Communications using the chat option was very good. I am hard of hearing and cannot use the Telephone.
The computer I received works very well and does what I wanted it to do, however, I did find out that the graphics card I chose does not optimise the capabilities of the CPU and if I had spent a bit more money on the graphics card, this would have allowed for any additional requirements I might have in the future.”
“My build arrived in fine condition and has yet to present me with any major issues or complications. The build is of excellent quality, seems to use good components, and was competitively priced. The build time was around two weeks, which was very reasonable given that I did not pay for any expediency. What little customer support I have needed has been delivered quickly enough. I can definitely recommend American Builds.”

“I think customers are left in the dark in regards to the progress of their PC- it was after 21 days that i heard any update and that was due to it being finally in the test phase.
other than that the pc is great, albeit i might be using the troubleshoot since im not too sure where its going wrong. only crashing once on me”
“The whole production time took longer than planned, which wouldn't normally be a problem for me, however it doesn't feel like the time was spent for quality checking. The graphics card was not plugged in when I tried launching the pc for the first time, and I had issues trying to plug it into the motherboard, as the case was stopping it from clicking into place. Since managing to wrestle it in I haven't had any other issues, except for the front case fans making a noise because they were rubbing on the anti dust mesh in front of them.”
