Not so good, windows 11 required update out of the box. On updating got black screen and windows didn’t load. Eventually sorted it out myself, but perhaps American Builds could ensure windows is up to date before shipping.”

I used the PC for 2 days before it black-screened to a windows update. After contacting customer services I was told to fix it myself (admittedly with good advice on how to do so).
Overall I'm happy with my PC but I believe that's due to the specs I ordered more than the experience with the company.

“This is the second time I have used Americanbuilds, my first order was 7 years ago. I have to say that communication was very clear, and the product (mid-range gaming PC) looks and performs great! My previous order, another mid-range PC lasted well for 5 years before it started to have any issues so I do not doubt these products last very well!
However, my parcel did arrive slightly damaged and delivery felt like it took forever (slightly over initial estimate), but in fairness that is just because I was so excited to get my new PC!”
“great pc build site is straight forward and easy to use would have given 5 stars but.. i asked for No anti-virus and norton was installed i had to download a 3rd party tool to completely remove it, a lesser issue was i asked for chrome as my default browser but was not installed , other then that my pc is lovely thank you american builds”
