“Followed the sizing recommendation and both leggings and pants were too big/long. Unfortunately due to a delivery mishap, my order was FINAL Sale. I am having the pants professionally hemmed and the leggings will just have to do. I am 5' 11 & 3/4's and 225 lbs and 2XL was NOT my size. Both items were of superior quality and I do look forward to placing another order at a later date.”
“Happy I stumbled upon this site via an IG influencer. Unfortunately, they don’t have XXS nor zero sizing. Everything I ordered was big and just kind of sits on me which is not flattering. Please provide more sizing for the skinny tall folks. Thank you!”
“Unfortunately the pants I got are way too loose. They are certainly long enough but I wish I would have sized down. I’m usually I small or medium and the small was too big which is strange.”
“Really enjoy the products I’ve purchased so far! I love that they are getting into more active wear (wool base layers, etc…) Hope to see some more performance gear soon! (Snow pants, ski jackets, rain jackets, cycling and climbing clothing) These items are very hard to find for tall women.”
“This order was a gift for my 5'9" tall sister who is full bodied and has a difficult time finding long enough pants and shirts. As all catalogs have their own sizing idiosyncracies (despite their sizing charts) it took 2 shipments to figure out the following:
The Large Tall AT High Rise Yoga pants were perfect, as were the Large Tall AT After Practice pants--all high quality materials; INCONSISTENCIES: the Chloe High Rise Flare Jeans per sizing chart were HUGE; the Lrg Tall Open-Bottom Flannel Women's Pajama Pants in Sandstorm Plaid were too long. She will hem bc they are so soft & high quality. The blouses are a different matter: the Med Tall Long Sleeve Crinkle Women's Blouse in Steel Blue was PERFECT (44" GG bust). The Med Tall Relaxed blouses did not fit well--large in shoulders and underarms.
I will reserve comment on the return process until that transaction is complete.”
“I usually wear LT, but the sleeves are always too long—even though I have a very large wingspan. Because of this, I often have to get them altered, which adds extra costs.
When I consider the quality, price, and the additional tailoring expenses, the total cost becomes quite high. In comparison, brands like Ralph Lauren, Eton, or Gulliver have sleeve lengths that fit just right.
Nothing to say about the style as you have various range of clothing”
“Let me start by saying that most items that I have ordered have fit perfectly. However I ordered a pair of lounge pants and they fit really short! I’m not sure what went wrong during that manufacturing process. However, one thing to keep in mind is that not all tall women are slender. Some of us are curvy and tall. If it weren’t for stretch, I think clothing from this brand would exclude curvy tall women. But overall, I love American Tall. I”
“It is wonderful to find a company with clothing geared for someone who is tall without being voluminous. I love having pants and sleeve lengths where they ought to be.”
