“I bought 3 pairs of pants. One didn’t fit and I planned to return them. The second fit and is really well made. I’m happy with them. The third fit for the first 30 minutes I wore it to work. After that they were extremely stretched out and I looked dumpy all day long. I CANNOT RETURN THEM, since they were worn & laundered (even though I think it’s a design issue.) Because of that policy, I won’t be shopping here any longer. There are plenty of options for tall, professional women so I’ll move on the a store with a better return policy.”

“I ordered these shirts 4.28.2025. The tracking number still says that USPS is waiting for the package to be dropped off. I was told a number of times that my package was held up in customs and it was due to be shipped out the next day, but that never happened. I was given a refund, but now I can’t purchase the same shirts again because everything is sold out. I want to like this company, but your logistics are costing you customers.”

“Sizing doesn't make sense, I used the size guide and measurements taken that day to purchase jeans for the first time. The pair I received was MUCH TOO BIG. I tried working with "size specialists" who couldn't help me find the right size and instead just kept referring me to the size guide. I ended up ordering two sizes down and it was still too big! Had to return both for store credit. I'm 6'3 and 180 lbs”

“So far we are 0 for 2. I bought my 6’7 husband gym pants and they had a hole in it upon arrival. And then I bought a cute athleisure set for myself and the shirt also has a hole in it. All of the clothes fit well, but are clearly made cheaply”
