“These joggers are “ featherlight “ but they only have one zippered side pocket. The previous featherlight joggers are great! They have both pockets with zippers and a back pocket with a zipper. The material is better and the waist band is perforated. I wish the company would put product numbers so you can order apples to apples. Pictures on line are useless. I won’t order them again.”

“I'm unsatisfied with the service. The chinos that I bought were the same waist size as the corduroy pants that I bought in the same purchase, but the chinos are significantly tighter and cannot be worn. Further, since they're final sale, I was informed that they cannot be returned nor exchanged. I wasn't aware of the latter. For an online clothing company, this is unacceptable. There shouldn't be such a difference between the fit of 2 pairs of pants of equal waist size.”

“This was just a bad experience, and very confusing. I've purchased 5 pairs of these in the last 4 years and I love them. They all fit perfectly. A couple of mine were showing their age so I wanted to replace them. This time, they were waaaaay longer. 2 inches longer than all five of my other pair. I laid them all out on the bed and compared. However, the new ones DO have the inseam that is stated in the description - 34.5 inches. American Tall didn't do anything wrong per se. They were accurate in their description. But what happened? What changed? Why are the new ones 2" longer? They supposedly don't shrink more than 1". Customer service was so unhelpful. They told me they were the same as always. But they're not. I'd love to know what happened and if there is something I could do to get the same fit as before. It stinks that I can't buy these anymore. I think I got too comfortable with American Tall, but cracks in the facade are starting to show.”
