“Good length on product but certain items aren’t great quality. This was my first time purchasing and didn’t realize they have sales often. Tough luck though if you buy at full price and they go on sale. There is a small window of time they will adjust price. Customer service stated they would get back to me then never followed up. In this economy, I’ll take my money and referrals somewhere else!”

“I wanted to love these, but the waist was too high and the waist gapped very badly in the back for me. I don't have to buy curvy fit pants/jeans for the brands I do buy. These just did not fit me at all, maybe when I was 19 and my shape was more straight up and down and I was very skinny. Points for being a Tall size retailer, and the fabric and idea of these pants get another point. Loved the idea of these, was excited to try this Tall resource, but the fit is just too far off for me.”

“Disappointed in these pants due to poor design. Waist is too high and tight compared to rest of pants, pockets flare out as does material on sides. I always wear a medium in AT pants and due to the odd waist placement makes them uncomfortable. Length is fine.”

“I have ordered many pants from American Tall and have the same problem over and over. The rise is always too short!!! I can order a tall length from Athleta or JJill and the rise is fine. How is it that a company that specializes in proportioning garments specifically for tall people can make the rise too short??? It is bizarre.”

“The length is good. They fit ok (a little too baggy for my liking). The material is too thick and somewhat stiff. But the worst part about these pants is that they attract so much lint that they always look dirty.”

“These joggers are “ featherlight “ but they only have one zippered side pocket. The previous featherlight joggers are great! They have both pockets with zippers and a back pocket with a zipper. The material is better and the waist band is perforated. I wish the company would put product numbers so you can order apples to apples. Pictures on line are useless. I won’t order them again.”

“I was very disappointed in my first purchase. I am tall and I consider myself slim but the shirt I purchased was apparently designed for the skinny tall person. It fit like it was tapered. I tried a second time without success. It is also disappointing that there is no phone provided to get advice or help.”

“I'm unsatisfied with the service. The chinos that I bought were the same waist size as the corduroy pants that I bought in the same purchase, but the chinos are significantly tighter and cannot be worn. Further, since they're final sale, I was informed that they cannot be returned nor exchanged. I wasn't aware of the latter. For an online clothing company, this is unacceptable. There shouldn't be such a difference between the fit of 2 pairs of pants of equal waist size.”
