I was extremely disappointed. The back waistband did not reach my waist and the stitching on the seams puckered. When I filed an exception to return a sale item, no one ever replied. I received a case #, but no response. I am heart broken. I thought I’d get a product that actually fit my taller body, but in reality leggings from Old Navy actually fit better and were of better quality.

I sent you back my return January 23 then I got an email stating oh postage due the return label y’all sent to me is what I use. I never got back my money or anything I would never buy nothing else from y’all crooked ass people ever again.

When making a return because the jacket ordered was too small, it automatically triggered an exchange in size, which is true, we wanted to exchange the jacket for a larger size, but what happened was that a day or so later I received an email telling me a smaller size was being shipped to me. I never placed an order for a smaller size and there was no option to choose an alternative size when making the return. Perhaps there were technical glitches or UX issue on the website, regardless, there was no confirmation of this exchange order until it was already processing and too late to cancel. I do not appreciate needing to make multiple trips to return something I did not order.

I was sent the wrong size when you ran out of the correct size so I could not even exchange them so I just had to eat the cost and I ordered from another company. I was very disappointed

***ONE STAR so maybe it'll prompt these people into providing CUSTOMER SERVICE*** It's impossible to reach this company for customer service. The only method they provide is a chat bot which doesn't work. Be VERY CAREFUL when you order any thing from them. Their website blipped, causing all the items in the shopping cart to disappear. I added the items back -at least the ones that were still available- and made my purchase. Only to be surprised when I checked my email THERE WERE TWO ORDERS!!! I immediately replied to the email. No, the auto reply says you cant. I tried the chat bot. Nope. Doesnt work. No phone number. No email. I posted the issue on their tech report link. NOTE: I did not have a problem with this particular order. The clothes are fine. I tried to order 10+ more items at a later date [** now it's 20+ because their website blipped :( ] and I can't get this fixed!!! It's crazy there's no way to communicate with these people!!

I’ve been very frustrated. I had to exchange a pair of pants because they were too long. I wanted to exchange for semi-tall, but you have nothing available in that length.

Your sizes are very very inconsistent. I take a 40 waist, it says size 40 but these are at least a 44 or bigger. This is the second time this has happened. Very disappointed and will never order jeans from American Tall again.

Love that this website is designed for us long limbed but have been beyond disappointed in the company’s shipping. Ive ordered several times and the shipping is long however I ordered 3 items Dec 5 and still did not have them all by 12/25.. I receive items out of the country faster than American tall. When I tried to contact customer service they said they were not taking telephone calls, and the chat-bot did not offer a solution. I wanted to cancel the orders and get a refund but did not receive any offers to solve the problem.

It’s laughable that you sent me a review of items I still have not received two weeks after ordering. There is no customer support unless AI can answer your questions. A week later customer service emailed and said it’s too late to change the shipping. The items were shipped by the USPS. Who knows if I’ll ever receive them. Pathetic! Subsequently I ordered jeans from Levi’s which fit just fine.

Double and triple check before hitting send. All sizes were incorrect and 1 item was doubled on my shipment. I can’t get a return label, their customer service is non existent and it looks like I’m going to spend another week trying to return what I never ordered to get my $350 back.

Usually like the items I order from American Tall, but trying to return an item is not an easy process I am adding to my review because of extreme frustration on the return process. Instead of getting my money refund, they have now said it will be a credit. I do not want the credit. I would like my refund. To those of you ordering, make sure it is something you want to keep because trying to return to be refunded is almost impossible to do. Pus there is no one to even talk too.

Unfortunately, these items did not work for my daughter. The sweatshirt was too big and the sweat pants were too tight. In addition, they were not soft at all.
