“This design is extremely large, long and baggy. I bought pants for my son , last year from American Tall for school and the fit was. Great. However these pants is not compatible to my previous purchase. I was very disappointed and made an exchange and it was still extremely large and I was not able to make a second exchange. I am on a budget and bought these pants during the summer. Now I can only get store credit minus shipping. I am sorry I am very disappointed.”

“The quality of the jacket was poor. I wear a 16 tall or 14 tall for many other stores. This jacket was not only very long in the sleeves but could not get the jacket completely on because it was not wide enough in the shoulders for me too put it on.”

“I was very happy with the quality and comfort of the shirt and pants I ordered. The shirt was XL tall and pants were 36x36. The pants were too big at the waist and had a longer than expected inseam. I'm 6'4 and weigh 240lbs. What I was really displeased with is the fact that I had to pay a $9.00 shipping fee when I returned the pants. American Tall should have covered the expenses in regards to the return. It was my first time shopping with American Tall and probably my last since I paid for a product I no longer own.”

“The leggings are great, but God help you if you have to return anything. I've tried numerous times to resolve a simple return and I still have to wait days for an email, that btw you cannot respond to. Today I got an email that problem resolved, it is not resolved. American Tall still has a pair of leggings that haven't been replaced yet. No phone numbers emails you can't respond to this has been a nightmare!! “I ordered a pair of shoes for my son, size 13. The company made a mistake and sent a 15. No big deal, they exchanged the item. Well the 13 is too small and the company won’t let me exchange them for a 14 at the same price. I am told only one exchange is allowed. How can the first replacement count against me when American Tall sent the wrong size? You can’t speak to a human being to clarify a simple situation. Very frustrated! The shoes look great they are just too small. Ugh American Tall you should do better than this. I should be able to exchange these without paying extra.”
