“I ordered a pair of shoes for my son, size 13. The company made a mistake and sent a 15. No big deal, they exchanged the item. Well the 13 is too small and the company won’t let me exchange them for a 14 at the same price. I am told only one exchange is allowed. How can the first replacement count against me when American Tall sent the wrong size? You can’t speak to a human being to clarify a simple situation. Very frustrated! The shoes look great they are just too small. Ugh American Tall you should do better than this. I should be able to exchange these without paying extra.”

“The pants fabric is very thin and not warm with many sewing errors. Loops of thread sticking out in 6 or 7 places. The hoodie is the same cheap fabric with a dual zipper that is very difficult to get started. I bought American Tall items a few years ago that were good quality but these newer ones are worse than Walmart stuff and 10 times the price. I feel ripped off”

“There’s got to be some sort of labeling error with these pants. I usually wear a size 14 or 16 (if I want a little extra room), but these pants are more like a size 6.”

“Unfortunately the experience with this last purchase has been very bad. The item itself is great and my son loves the joggers. But after it was delivered (late), he received a bill for 67 dollars more (on top of the original cost of the item +shipping which had come to 68 dollars)- The bill listed twenty dollars for "duty" on the item since it was shipped from Canada to the US, an "entry prep fee" of 30 dollars and 14 more dollars for a "disbursement fee." So, while I have often purchased from American Tall in the past for my 6'7" son, I will not be able to afford it again.”
