“The fit was a joke. I'm a Medium with everything else from this company, but after trying THREE different sizes of this jacket, I gave up. The Tall sleeves were too short, the LXT I was swimming in, the MT wouldn't button, and the LT was too big in the shoulders. What disappointment... Now I'm stuck with store credit because you charge $9 return shipping, even though your sizing was grossly inaccurate. Thanks.”

“My family & I have been loyal customers to American Tall for years. We’ve all had pants & shirts that work great for us. I got a new job that required business attire & knew I’d need to come to American Tall to find something long enough for myself. I got the cutest pants that fit great & got compliments constantly. A month after purchasing, ALL three pairs of slacks started falling apart in different ways. Whether it be the ankle cuff coming completely undone, waistline stitching coming out or holes in seams, I find myself very upset at the amount of money I spent. This is supposed to be a place for tall people to come & get QUALITY clothes that fit them & last longer than a month! $270+ for pants that are falling apart on me at work after a month? After getting 0 help from customer service that clearly means I can’t do anymore of my shopping with American Tall.”

“Ordered from twice. 2nd order the sweatpants had 2 different inseam lengths. Contacted, had to send pics with a measurement tape showing difference. I was told to keep them. They sent replacement. Again. 2 different inseam lengths. They required measurement pictures again. They then required I return both for a refund...after being told I didn't need to send back the first defaulted item. The first item was 1 day away from becoming cut off sweat shorts...what else would I use them for? The right leg was 1" shorter on the first and 1.5" on the 2nd pair. I don't have a printer and they wouldn't mail me a return label
The UPS store got it printed out for me from the email they sent me with a return label included. I emailed company to let it be known the package was on it's way. After 9 days w/o refund I began the process of contacting the company again....all previous emails were "closed out" so I had to begin a new "ticket" to generate a new email. 10 days later I finally get a refund. Btw.....the quality sure isn't worth the price!”

“I have been a fan of American Tall for 3 years. I returned 3 pair of pants recently. I went to UPS gave them my return slips. They put 2 pants in one package and 1 in another. American Tall emailed me that I was only given credit for returning 2. I looked online for a phone number to call. No where on the website is a phone number associated with American Tall. No phone support to talk with someone. I’m looking for a new Tall clothing company.”
