“Usually like the items I order from American Tall, but trying to return an item is not an easy process
I am adding to my review because of extreme frustration on the return process. Instead of getting my money refund, they have now said it will be a credit. I do not want the credit. I would like my refund. To those of you ordering, make sure it is something you want to keep because trying to return to be refunded is almost impossible to do. Pus there is no one to even talk too.”

“I will not buy from you ever again. I have made 3 orders and everything I ordered was of poor qualtiy. The material is a magnet for everything and doesn't wash well in the sense to remove all fuzzies or dander. Need to use my lint brush everytime I wear your products. Material is not soft either. “I have been purchasing from this company since its inception, and was a customer of the predecessor (Given the logo and website I assume there is a connection). American Tall sent me the wrong item. I ordered a large, and was sent a small. Because it was a final sale, i have had to contact the company and jump through some hoops to return the item. It took so long, the size I originally ordered was no longer available. To add insult to injury, American Tall is charging me a SHIPPING FEE to return their item due to their mistake. Lousy customer service.”

“None of the clothes fit even though we followed their measuring guidelines. Returns are supposed to be free & easy, but that is not quite true. One of the clothes was not returnable ($45 lost). The other 2 items didn't have an option for an exchange in the same style so we had to return & pay a fee. There are no stores for us to try on the clothes & find the correct size. I am done with American Tall & it was a bad experience.”

“I don’t know what these clothes are made out of but all of them have ripped or literally disintegrated and over a short amount of time. I bought 3 pairs of sweat pants ($55 each) and all of them developed holes throughout them. I wear them to lounge in only. I gave this company another chance and purchased a suit jacket ($175). Within a few hours of wearing it to a wedding the seams came apart across the back. Cheap clothes. Not worth your money.”

“This design is extremely large, long and baggy. I bought pants for my son , last year from American Tall for school and the fit was. Great. However these pants is not compatible to my previous purchase. I was very disappointed and made an exchange and it was still extremely large and I was not able to make a second exchange. I am on a budget and bought these pants during the summer. Now I can only get store credit minus shipping. I am sorry I am very disappointed.”
