Fabric is see-through mesh. Not a good look.

I purchased two colors - gray and ochre - of the collared sweater. After wearing one just once, the arms and the body of the sweater failed to hold their shape and the fabric quickly developed pilling all over. Very disappointed and ended up returning both to receive a credit. I would like to see a significant increase in quality on a number of the American Tall items, understanding this would likely result in a price increase. Sweatshirts are great. Other items need improvement, please.

This order was returned within 30 days due to the items being too small and iablity to find/connect with online help from American Tall. Will I see the credit?

The sweaters unraveled at the neck after one washing. A total waste of money and an embarrassment considering it was a Christmas presrnt.

the website is very hard to navigate around for a return or exchange, i dont think i will shopping here in the future. i purhchased items for my brother for Christmas and they didnt fit and i wanted to exhange them and it was such a hassle. It is now the 30th of December and i still trying to fix the issue.

Everything about the product (other than the length) was totally unsatisfactory. Returned first pair, Second pair was just as bad as the first pair.

This was my first time ordering from American tall, and I was so excited to finally have lounge pants that are long enough. I get that these are lounge pants, but they were very thin and poor quality. I wore them twice and already had a hole in them. Very disappointing and I wouldn’t bother ordering from here again given this experience.

It was a rough experience with American Tall for me. Maybe it was unreasonable of me to think that it would be reasonable to return an item for exchange at the same time I was returning an item for refund, but... it was quite a hassle to do so. Communication from American Tall rep also lacked consistency and, seemingly, understanding. Overall dealing with American Tall was stressful for me. But maybe my expectations and desires were unrealistic. Regardless, the exchange wasn’t a good fit for me.

Our AI Assistant is helpful for commonly asked questions, however, is ready to pass you off to a live agent (within working hours) or create an email ticket if prompted.

I didn’t want to give any stars but I had to give at least one. Their quality of fabrics have gone downhill for starters. Secondly make sure you double size up if you live in the states because their sizes are not accurate. Also, keep tabs on your order. Their CRM won’t do it for you. Their customer support is sketchy and unreliable. You cannot talk to someone on the phone and I am convinced they’re literally out to get your money at all costs. PSA: my complaint is not the only one. I am part of a tall women’s group on Facebook and there are complaints the same as mine and similar. Be cautious when buying from AT.

Great Style and comfortable material , But ….. the waistband was smaller by 2 inches than the previous summer shorts I bought earlier this spring. Stuck with 2 pairs of shorts i can’t wear because the shorts were final sale.

Will not be shopping here EVER again. Tried for weeks to contact customer service, but there isn’t any - only a bot that is completely unhelpful. No customer service phone number and no email address - just the bot. Finally the bot processed my return (“Henry”), but wanted to charge me $9 to return pants where AT accidentally processed and sent the wrong length. When I countered about the cost, I was told that “Henry” would check with his colleagues about the fee. Never heard from Henry again. I will keep the pants to save myself $9 and NEVER do business with AT again. Nor will my mother. Unbelievable!

I’m writing to express some concerns I’ve encountered with my recent orders. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed some inconsistencies in sizing and frequent issues with missing items. In my most recent order, the waist size of the pants was off by two sizes, and I did not receive the following item: 1. Performance TAPERED-FIT Chino Pants for Tall Men in Smoky Blue I have already sent an email regarding this matter but have yet to receive a response. I’m returning all three pairs of pants for an exchange. However, I’m unable to return the pair that was missing from the order. The fit was a joke. I'm a Medium with everything else from this company, but after trying THREE different sizes of this jacket, I gave up. The Tall sleeves were too short, the LXT I was swimming in, the MT wouldn't button, and the LT was too big in the shoulders. What disappointment... Now I'm stuck with store credit because you charge $9 return shipping, even though your sizing was grossly inaccurate. Thanks.

My family & I have been loyal customers to American Tall for years. We’ve all had pants & shirts that work great for us. I got a new job that required business attire & knew I’d need to come to American Tall to find something long enough for myself. I got the cutest pants that fit great & got compliments constantly. A month after purchasing, ALL three pairs of slacks started falling apart in different ways. Whether it be the ankle cuff coming completely undone, waistline stitching coming out or holes in seams, I find myself very upset at the amount of money I spent. This is supposed to be a place for tall people to come & get QUALITY clothes that fit them & last longer than a month! $270+ for pants that are falling apart on me at work after a month? After getting 0 help from customer service that clearly means I can’t do anymore of my shopping with American Tall.
