“Very disappointed in the customer service. Purchased a relaxed fit and regular fit. Turns out the leg size is the same in both. Way too big for me. Tried to contact customer service through online chat. Their automated system finally connected me to a live agent, when I got disconnected from that live agent, the automated system would NOT reconnect me to another agent and said everyone would be busy for atleast a day. Terrible!”
“I really like the seat height, finally fits a tall person. The rest of the chair, it's ok. Bag: material quality seems pretty low end and cut just short of covering the whole chair. I gurantee this chair was not tested by any big people, since the pivot at the thigh level, cut's into your leg. If the arms were solid, that would be a big help, getting up with fabric arms, can be a challenge.”

Over the years they have expanded the line from just basics to dressy, athletic, dress/casual, sleepwear, etc. Where things fall short for me: difficulty reaching an actual agent for customer support (the bot Jen is a pain), the restrictive exchange policy (can only exchange for the exact same item in a different size), and the charge for returning items.”
