“Two pair of pants the same size, one pair was way too small and the other was way too big. I tried to return them and got a bot. It kept sending me emails that I couldn't open. When I finally got a human, it was too late to return the items for my $ back and they gave me a gift certificate that I'm not sure how to use. I thing I'm out $200.”
