Very unreliable. They never answer the phone even though they are there at their shop in Woodford Green.

First appointment for a repair was cancelled by text. Failed to explain what was happening or re book an appointment for repair. Impossible to contact the company. Telephoned numerous times and e-mailed too. No response ! They were appointed by Currys as a warranty action. They don't deserve to be representing Currys. Hopeless.

I booked my oven repair through Repaircare in September The engineers first appointment went well except he was unable to complete the job due to another part being needed. What followed has been one of the most dreadful experiences of customer services imaginable. In October I contacted AND to find out when I could expect an engineer. I was told the job was logged as completed !!! They then gave me a new job number and an engineer came out at the end of October. He proceeded to tell me he didn’t have the part needed ! In December I chased them again and was told the part wasn’t it. Last week AND contacted me to book an appointment for today. Guess what? They didn’t turn up From September til now I must have called the company at least a dozen times. On each occasion it takes at least 15 min to get through. I’ve had to take 3 days off work …… and lost the income and my cooker is still not working 100% I most definitely WILL NEVER use this company again. They simply don’t care about their customers On scrolling through the reviews, with the exception of 1 high score, most people have given a 1/2 star rating so I think TrustPilot needs to review AND’s current 2.9 rating If this was my company I’d be seriously ashamed to admit it

Booked an Engineer to repair our washing machine, Never turned up, no notification as to why and when I phone the phones never get answered ..is that what is called good service ? ...Absolute Joke 😡

What went wrong ? Everything. It took forever to arrange an engineer. When he came he couldn’t complete the job. It was then signed off as completed. I eventually managed to get a new job number. He revisited in October but still didn’t have all the parts. I have finally heard from yourselves and rebooked for January. That’s 3 appointments and 3 days where I’ve had to commit to being at home, therefore losing the opportunity to work Your phone takes an age to be answered. One operator tells me I’ll hear from the engineer a day before the appointed date to confirm a time slot. Another operator tells me you only call on the day of the appointment. I originally booked through Repaircare and it wasn’t at all obvious that they were using a 3rd party so had no idea who AND we’re.

I have had two different A.N.D domestic staff members turn up to my home and refuse to do the job because there is no parking. They have left me without a washing machine for 5 weeks now. I would not recommend these people even if they were the last company on earth

Firstly knowing my drier wasn't rotating they came without a new belt, secindky after a 10 days I'd had no update from them. I've just waited 40 minutes on phone and then been cut off. I'm trying again but this us some shoddy service if ever I've seen it

Worst services. Took money and nobody turns up to fix the appliance. Calling but no answers for hours. Fraud company. Avoid. Claiming my money back through bank

Credit where credit is due. Booked a repair to our Rangemaster via Rangemaster. Have to say, almost impossible to talk or communicate with A N D but, they turned up on the day, within the time slot and replacement part sorted in about 40 minutes. Warranty repair.

Avoid at all costs, it took me on average two hours to get through to them on the phone. Agreed an appointment to fix my washing machine, then cancelled and said the engineer needed parts. A second date was pencilled in. There was a mix up with the engineer at my property called the office back, took three hours before someone picked up the phone, called the engineer whom told me to call the office and that he had another job to get to. Referred me back to Beko and refused to come back. The staff are rude, emailed the Manager whom has failed to respond to my email. Very unprofessional indeed!!! I would never use this company again or recommend to friends and family.!!!!

DO NOT RECOMMEND! SCAM! Very unprofessional and rude people. An engineer was supposed to come on Thursday however at the very last minute on Wednesday afternoon (17:31) we were told they could not attend the visit and they had to reschedule for Friday 17. Keeping aside that informing us 1 minute before closing the customer care is not professional because it did not give us time at all to answer the phone and to talk to someone, the best is yet to come. The so-called engineer was supposed to come in an allocated slot today, 17th November between 11:30 and 14:36. He was in the area of our flat at around 14:15 and he called us to inform that allegedly there was no parking space which in itself is not true because there is plenty of parking space in the area. While my partner was going downstairs to help him with the parking space (and we had offered to pay the parking space for him) he rang us to let us know that he was leaving. This is less than 5 minutes after he arrived! We tried to call him back but he was very rude and unprofessional with us to the point that he hanged up our calls. Customer Service is useless, rude and unprofessional at the same level. Do not fall in the trap!

THEY ARE A FRAUDULENT COMPANY. Do not use under any circumstances. They take the £110 for the initial call out. But you will never hear from them again. They will not fix your appliance. They do not answer the phone or email. Avoid at all costs.

I would have given a zero ratinng if there was the option. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. Lesson learnt, check the small print when big companies sell you a warranty!! I never had to deal with such an unhelp service provider, if I knew this was how Currys outsourced the warranty I would never have purchased it. I first logged a call on 10th February to report my leaking fridge it's taken until today for the engineer to be scheduled with the part (26.4.23) i get a another text to say they will arrive while i am doing the school run, will only be 30 mins if that, so i asked them to ask the engineer if he could come to either side of this, I'm then told no sorry if your not there we close the call down - how is this right? zero customer service, the woman literally sounded like a robot 'computer says no'! companies seem to think such poor customer service is acceptable nowadays, well its not. i hope Currys think long and hard before renewing any contracts with this company they are so unhelpful and unorganised. I received multiple text messages since february so say parts in will book an engineer to arrive in the next week, i hear nothing so call in again and told no parts not in and unable to give me a leadtime. i complained monday and then surprise surprise someone is now scheduled for today! I am getting the floor assessed for damage from the leak. Be prepared A&D to hear from me again, this time my terms!

Only 1 star thats because couldnt give zero stars! Truly poor in every aspect don't even bother with them !Got redirected from NAC to this lot what an expirience ! AVOID,AVOID,AVOID.

This company needs to be removed. How can I wait nearly a year for a repair, this is outrageous. On top of that the engineers lie on their report when they do visit to see what the problem is. No one answers the phone, waited 55mins before someone picked the phone up and immediately cut it off.

St Albans . Very much doubt this company exists. Spent 2 hours over 3 days listening to their messages on their phone.02085055777.paid over £100 up front for a useless so called engineer . Feel I have been mugged No feedback from engineers visit.

What a waste of my time and money! i had the most grumpy engineer come out to look at my washing machine, he made an absolute mess with water all over the place, He only addressed one of the problem with the machine, and said he had to go back and order a part, I was then on the phone to A.N.D complaining about this engineer. BUT It took 30 minutes to get through to them, When i tried to called them the following day I had to give up after 4 attempts each lasting 30 to 40 minutes. They are such a waste of time. And Im out £80 for the rude call out ! lesson learnt!! :(
