Ive placed order on 5th Feb 2024. Until today i have not receive my order. I found out the delivery status still is pending pickup. Ive requested help and refund from the chatbot. But nothing happen.

Purchased consultation and the recommended product. Delivery was supposed to be free but checkout shows $7. On the website, it was stated free delivery and no mention of $7 delivery pricing. Customer service also went missing on me halfway by the name of James. Not following their protocols..

I've a very bad experience with andsons. I've ordered 3 items but i only received 1 item about 4 to 5 days after. I tried to call, email and WhatsApp but no one reply me as to why i only receive 1 item. Eventually i went to the office only to find out that they are out of stocks and would promise to send me it arrive the week after. However i only to receive 1 more item. I'm tired to call them up again. I will wait another week before going to their office again. No customer service will inform you about your order status and you'll never ever able to get their reply. Sigh... With such experience, will you going to recommend anyone?

Please improve your delivery services as it's taking more than 2 days for most order. Recommend your company to use GRAB Delivery for urgent pills. I have encounter delivery taking more than 5 days which is totally unacceptable.

Am not happy with the conversation that I had with the assigned doctor. I was in the middle af an important meeting when I received the call which ended up with the doctor refused to pre-scribe the required meds. Thanks

Am facing migraine as a side effect, but they are asking me to schedule a call with their medical team which has a 1 week lead time. However, when I bought, they called me immediately. Seems like they are free immediately only when they want your money, once they've taken your money, please wait for 1 week for them to respond to you on any issues faced

I am very unhappy with this purchase and even disappointed with your company's Customer Service. The reason is that the doctor said my condition is not suitable for using the PE Complete Care Kit, and I accepted the doctor's advice. However, when making the payment, your company still charged me for the PE Complete Care Kit but did not send the item to me. I sent 5 emails in two consecutive days asking about this issue but have not received any reply from your company. This has been very disappointing for me. I hope my problem can be resolved. You can verify the truth of my statement with your doctors. My request is to refund the excess payment I made or to send me the product that was not shipped. Thank you.

waited 1 week for the consultation call but didn't receive any. Reached out multiple times via chat in the website but didn't get any response. suddenly just got an email saying the order has been cancelled. wasting my time, I'm a repeat customer, but I'm not coming back.

This is a bogus company. Thinking of it, i think the "so-called' doctor who called on me the 1st time to check may not really be a doctor also. Questions i asked were not addressed professionally and the whole selling process (products which requires doctor's approval) is just a marketing gimmick. I smell a rat. i checked with some friends who ordered from here during the early year confirmed on this. Products were 'suspiciously' dubious, the selling process deceiving and all just ordered once and never return. Anyway, my experience is more frustrating. Ordered 5 items on 27 Nov 23 and only received 3 items, which are wrong. Probably they don't have the generic stocks as i was given their company's own packed products. Been calling their number every day and no one pick up. Emailed them on 29 Nov with the picture and they give a cut & paste reply on 30 Nov requesting for time to rectify. Follow up with another email again and it is more than 2 weeks already and there is still no reply. I think my money is as good as gone as they are not responding to my emails and calls. Meantime, check Google Review instead for more genuine review which are not controlled.

After sales service were terrible. No one will pickup the phone. Whatsapp communication is only about marketing. Chat is basically talking to robot. The only response you get is email confirmation after u pay.
