“Nothing wrong with the product, but I almost never receive my order within 1-3 business days even when I’m located in the Klang Valley. It always takes about 2 weeks.”

“The product itself is good, but I had a disappointing experience with the customer service. I made a purchase on 12/12/2023 but decided to cancel when I realized I had mistakenly ordered the wrong product. Despite reaching out via chat and email immediately, I received no response for several days. My attempts to contact them through the hotline were also unsuccessful, with no replies. After about 4-5 days, I finally received a call from someone at the company, who identified as a doctor. He questioned why I needed to purchase a prescription product. I explained the situation, and he agreed to cancel my order for a refund. However, I did not receive any confirmation email from them. Every day, I had to check my bank account, and finally, on 28/12/2023, I received the refund. My recent experience was not good at all.”

“My first experience was not so pleasant due to missed delivery promise. Was expecting my item to delivered 4 hours after consult but no update was given and was only delivered the following day. I tried to contact their support but no response was received. Even their facebook is unresponsive. Will look for alternative once my item is fully used up.”

“I bought the shampoo and the container was too hard to squeeze out. This results to I need to open the cap to get the shampoo. In the future can the shampoo bottles be fixed with a pump like the conditioner? At least for the first purchase so that the following purchase, you can give the normal bottle with cap and I can reuse the pump”
