Very bad service from andsons Malaysia. Order the item on 15 April 2024 and now 24 May 2024 still andsons malaysia didn't send the item. Already one month plus but still cannot fulfill their order. Lousy company. Scripted answers in customer services but still have no solution.

I am livid right now, and am very upset with this service. I have paid not once but twice for a consultation and prescription. They never sent me an invitation to conduct the consultation, and never send me my medication. I have tried emailing and calling to request fulfillment of my consultation and order, but the email address they list is invalid and will not pick up my call.

I ordered on 19 Apr and up till now (4 May) I still have not received my shipment. This is not in line with the 4 hours delivery commitment. If it is out of stock, I should be informed before process to request for my payment. I have not received any information as to when I would be expecting it either or offered alternatives.

Never recieved the product that you promise to send within 1 to 3 working days...it almost 15 days past due. I miss the call consultation due to work where by the time doc call i was on the meetimg. Your staff Amisha whatsapp to reschedule the call with my free time but never recieved call after that at all.

In the beginning of March, I got an email from &sons that there is $10 discount on any purchase as its my birthday month. So I made a purchase but nobody acknowledge this offer. What a scam offer.

Very bad experience for first time buyer. 1) Did not receive all my products; Thickening shampoo was not in the parcel. Parcel was sent on 10th March,till date, i have yet to received my missing product. I also did not receive a free dermaroller eventhough i subscribe the 3 month plan. 2) Change my order from Minoxidil to Redensyl without obtaining my consent first. 3) Sent numerous emails to follow up on the missing items. I only receive a typical email that they will expedite shipment.

Was charged $16.20 for a teleconsult that did not even took placed. Wasted my time to wait for the consultation & ordered were cancelled even though is was recommended by their so called online prerequisite questionnaires filled up. Refund was made almost immediately which was a good thing but don't understand why charged for a teleconsult that never took place.

Unfortunately delivery was so bad, and the response was not very hospitable from the service support team with only template answers. I had missed the chance to give the item as a gift for a birthday. I would most certainly want someone from &Sons to reach out and convince me if I should continue to support this brand. If indeed the products are as good as what they claim to be , equally important is the customer service behind it. Remember, if a customer is willing to put so much words into a reply, it really means, this experience is is meaningful to the customer. Try again &Sons, you got this.

As a long time customer, recent event of missing order and till todate no news of my missing redensysl makes me realise how lowly you guys treat your customers so this is my last order and I will be sure to tell my mates not to support a cheating business.
