“The whole process was easy! My first time using telemedical consultation. Save me alot of time. Everything done in 15 mins and just wait at home to receive package. It would have been better to provide tracking link though but you get a notification when it's shipped out. 100% recommenddd”

“I usually don’t write reviews, but I had to for this one. Ordering ED meds was super easy, and chatting with the doctor was a breeze. Once I got the approval, my prescription came within 4 hours as advertised (wished I was given a tracking link though) but the med works like magic. Totally recommend!”

“Delivery is extremely slow. I've waited for close to 2 weeks for my order to ship out. Saw comments on their socmed that &sons only ship the ordered product after multiple reminders. &sons reasoning is due to low product stock. If so, &sons should show "0 stock" in their store to avoid disappointed expectation. Also, &sons email (hello@andsons.com.my) is not working. If you send an email, it'll bounce back. You have no choice but to contact CS via their website chat. Good luck to you if you don't get any reply from their chat. Unfortunately, won't be purchasing from &sons anymore. Not worth the hassle. Edit: Andsons contacted me and wanted to give me a free over-the-counter item in return for changing my review. Guess what? They screwed it up again by not even sending the free item even after 1 MONTH. And as usual, no reply when i inquire on it. Thus changing back to my original review. If Andsons contacted u to change your bad review, don't bother. They'll ask you to revise your review and once you've changed it, they won't even send the item. Truly a scam.”
