“- The product I purchased need doctor's prescription: andSons called me promptly and checked the conditions in details with suggestions given. There was originally a promise to share more techniques to cure by email, unfortunately I do not receive any so far. But in general better than experiences with e.g. DoctorOnCall - Customer Service team attended to my slow delivery complaint well. The item arrived next day after my complaint - Giving 4/5: Last star depending if any follow-up call will reach me for effectiveness of product”

“Am happy with the usage of the products so far. I have a distinct hate whenever I grew my hair long as my scalp is constantly itchy and there will be serious issues with dandruff and these issues are more prominent during this MCO period where hair salons are closed down. Since I switched to using &sons shampoo and conditioner, I've experienced great improvement to my condition. My scalp is not/less itchy and I have no issues with dandruff. Only issue I have is the bottling of the products. The shampoo is a bit hard to squeeze out from the bottle, and the conditioner takes a bit of time to pump out as there is only as much that can be pumped out at a time. However, these issues aside, I'm glad to have made the switch. I hope to see improvements in terms of issues with hair loss as I'm just going into my 2nd month of using those products along with the minoxidil.”

“As of today it’s been 20 days of using Hair product, below some direct review:- 1) Delivery 5 super fast even before the 1st 30days consume already received 2nd month stock. Package look great. 2) In term of results perhaps I think it’s to early to review, Using as per direction given. Hopefully to see result in month come. Additionally I also bought Biotin and taking it daily.”

“Customer service is good, they help me solving my delivery problem. I love the products from &.sons too because i know all are clinical proven. However the service using ( ninja van ) is not so well on delivery service quality and time. Hopefully can be improved in the future.”
