Don't use this company. Had nothing but trouble with them. Door installed minus handles. Faulty from the get go - constantly complained got to the point we couldn't get in or out and had to use the back door. They eventually came out to adjust the hinges did nothing about the lock apart from dw40 but within a week we were locked out at 10pm in the evening and had ti call a locksmith which Anglian are refusing to reimburse

The salesman tried to bully me into accepting a quote on the spot. When I resisted, he hurled personal insults at me.

Shocking that these scam artists are still operating. They will damage your property beyond repair due to negligence, deny it despite the evidence, and then have the absolute audacity to send threatening letters about non-payment while the dispute is ongoing. Please do not use this company if you value your time, money and sanity.

Would not recommend. Soffits and fascias fitted but in the process damaged the mature wisteria on the front of our house. They don’t really care - very poor customer care or follow up. Lots of rubbish left behind too.

Awful draughts through windows and doors we had fitted. The whole experience has been a nightmare from ordering fitting and now 2 years on having to hang a blanket in front of door to stop the draughts!!!

They are impossible to contact and actually speak to someone. We are taking our business elsewhere.

If only we read reviews before having Anglian Home Improvements build our conservatory. Anglian stated there would be no problems with the job. All good until the problems started. We accepted “fixes” to get on with the job. We told them we didn’t like the sand/cement filler but wouldn’t change it and still won’t 11 months down the line even though it’s falling out but all they want to do is patch the bits that fall out. We have had confirmation from builders PVC scribed strips should have been used not ugly wide sand/cement filler. Our advice don’t use Anglian Home Improvements if you don’t want blood pressure problems.

I have recently had a patio door installed (12th October) The installer's workmanship was not good and the attitude of the Field Manager was very poor. On 13th October, 2023), I noticed the poor workmanship of the installer, Jacek Zielinski and emailed both Paul Mantell, Field Manager and Customer Services with my complaints. I attached photos of the door to both showing the poor workmanship. Customer Services replied very quickly (that same afternoon) and said a member of the regional branch would be in touch in a timely manner. Two weeks have passed and I've not heard from back. In good faith, I paid in full (on 13th October) I am very disappointed in Anglian Home Improvements

Anglian Window Company are atrocious, Windows measured price given deposit paid. survey informs me wrong measurements taken, he changes size and door openings. weeks later informed wrong quote given informed would have to pay more. date given for installation 27th Oct 2023, received call 25th Oct someone has cancelled could they come 26th Oct agreed not before 9am. men arrived 8am informed unable to come in until 9am (wife on Machine) they are rude and said they had a lot of work on, I said there is a Café at top of road come back at 9am. didn't come back rang office Amanda informs me, note is on their system not before 9am. she speaks to manager, ha ha this is the best bit, said manager said they are not having them come back will send another team tomorrow, ( what they meant was they are contractors and they have gone back to the yard to off load our doors and windows and gone to another job) they obviously have no control over their staff

I paid £3,350 deposit on a near £17,000 order for windows and sliding patio door on 5/8/23. The survey was done 30/8/23. I heard nothing about the installation date and repeatedly chased it to discover that they never sent the order for manufacturing, as it turned out they are unable to manufacture one of the windows. So it took them 3 months of wasting my time for them to come to this realisation. For a big company like Anglian, you would expect they can produce any sized window, well think again. After multiple emails begging for my deposit to be refunded and chasing it up for the last 3 weeks, still haven't been refunded. They are such a JOKE, wish I'd paid attention to the bad reviews and stayed away. Better to use a smaller local company in future. Anglian are scammers.

I asked these people to fix my roof under warranty on 18th Sept They knew it was leaking but did not turn up for a whole month. The leak was fixed but the cause of the leak was their fault as their engineer installed a glass unit almost 20mm out of line and eventually it leaked. They now tell me that my warranty has been invalidated because I have had the roof adapted ! To be clear..I have had a reflective film put on the inside glass of a conservatory to reduce heat build up and they are using that as an excuse to invalidate the warranty ! I can't say I'm too surprised, my experience with this lot has been absolutely appalling from the moment I paid them the deposit for the work and signed the contract. (They were absolutely fine before that!) Please please do not let these people anywhere near your home ! Date of experience: October 19, 2023

Window started leaking badly a few months after installation. Eventually, they sent a repair team. Windows started leaking again, worse, within a month. Still waiting for them to even come look at the problem again. Terrible product, terrible customer service, terrible company. They will fob you off so best to go straight to trading standards or the ombudsman. I just wish I could give them less than 1 star.

I would give this company ------0 if I could. Terrible experience. Survey done in March this year. Tried to convince us that planning permission would go through (we have a grade ii listed house so were doubtful, but wanted a 'professional' opinion). 6 months later we had a knock back and requested to cancel the contract as nothing further could be done apart from submitting another permission for secondary glazing, which would inevitably have been refused again. We paid £2,154k when we signed up (which did seem a lot for an 8k job originally £13k). Backwards and forwards with emails and calls to the planning department who were the only people who seemed to care, although I am now thinking they are just buffers as it is impossible to contact the department that deals with cancellations and refunds. We tried to talk to the sales person we originally spoke with, but he was rude and dismissive and did not answer any of our calls after that. The 0800 number for customer services sends you to a terrible musical loop that resulted in me hanging up after about 10 minutes. I don't believe it actually puts you through to anyone based on their attitude. Finally got a letter in the post, which looks like a photocopy i.e. not on true headed paper. It has no contact number and no one has given a name to the signature. we have been charged £1,815.45 for a survey that took 1 hour and came to nothing. Of course we understand that companies need to charge for surveys/planning permission, but it is very suspicious that the total they have taken from us is so close to the deposit amount. To add insult to injury we now have to wait 21 days for poxy amount to be refunded. They refer to clause 8 in our contract but there is no contract with such a clause. We only have the documents from the survey. What can be done about this company with so many horrendous reviews. Admittedly we should have looked at the feedback before we went ahead, but with such a massive online presence we took a chance. We just thank God that we didn't get the permission, because according to many reviews the actual work is appalling, that's if it ever gets done. Do not trust this company at all, they are terrible. Absolute shambles of a company. I originally booked for July 23 to have my windows and I am still waiting in October for numerous faults/issues to be resolved. I have had that many fitters, schedule of works mangers coming to the property with the intent of rectifying the issues but still issues are outstanding. I have had to take many days off work and have my wall plastered due to the shoddy workmanship by one of the fitters. We are in the cold months and my patio doors have no cent cover and it is freezing, to top it off the door is wobbly and not fitted correctly. There are so many issues that I could write a book, avoid this company at all costs. I wish I had chosen a local company who take pride in their work, big companies do not care.

Money grabbing pests. Quoted me over 4K to have drain pipes done. Sent them on their way, they kept calling and dropping the price until it got to approx £1k. which means the initial quote was an attempt to fleece me. Refused out of principle, I will not pay to a company that gives dishonest and over inflated quotes. Since then they've hounded me with numerous calls despite me asking them to stop calling me.

Contacted Anglian to come on a home visit to measure for a new garage door. They were able to book me in two days on 13/9. However they did not turn up. Phoned them for another appointment for two days later on the 15th. Did not turn up again!! They had a third chance to come this last Monday but suprisingly did not see anybody again!!! I would certainly not recommend this company to anyone.

Avoid this company at all costs! booked for a survey to be carried out, Anglian were very quick to accept the £250 deposit, The surveyor advised me and my partner it would be 4-5 weeks before installation which we agreed. A Fortnight passed and we received a letter that stated "A technical survey has highlighted that the doors on your contract are outside our scope of works" I can confirm i have marked your contract to be cancelled and your deposit will be returned within 21 working days"! So they have taken the money under the agreement that the work will be carried out but failed to notify us in sufficient time that the work cannot proceed, then withhold deposit monies longer than necessary they should legally return your deposit within 10 days from the day you first request its return
