“I ordered bedchair cover (good price )but had a nightmare getting it delivered DX the delivery company used by angling direct said it would deliver 4 days in a row nothing came had to get on to angling direct again it has taken me 5 emails and a phone call to actually get my cover do not find this acceptable as the onus was put on me to sort it out”

“Placed an order for some goods they dispatched the small cheaper tackle but there was a Trakker Bivvy which wasn't dispatched no reason for it. I called their help desk spoke to an absolute diamond of a guy called Jason who was very sympathetic I explained that the bivvy didn't arrive, he spent 5 minutes looking into it explained what had happened and assured me I would receive it Monday and as per his word the courier has advised Monday it is. Just wanted to say thanks Jason great ambassador for AD”
