“Thieves of the worst kind! I ordered on July 19, 2020 and I still have not received my Items. on 8/18/20 I was told it would be 3-4 weeks on 10/8- covid excuse on 10/30- I was on the express list on 11/27 I emailed - no response last week around 1/25 I cant remember the exact date, I made an inquiry through the email no response. 1/28 I called- no answer 2/1 I called no answer 2/1 I commented on their 3 of their ads on Facebook. I logged back in and now the ability to leave a comment has been shut down. While they were doing that, they could have taken the time to reach out to me.”

“SCAM!!!! placed my order August 2020 and still not received my order. When I reached out, i was told covid related delays but now im not allowed to make comments or react to fb ads. They have not responded to my order status questions.”

“This company is a thief! They took my money in aug 2020 and I still haven’t received my items! I have contacted them 4 times and I haven’t had any response!! They are giving Muslim businesses a bad name! They will pay for this if not in this world then the hereafter!”

“She should be in jail for stealing money from us. How can she sleep at night? She is the worst I have ever seen. My orders from June were never delivered and they don’t answer my emails. I’m so mad, I hate seeing her doing advertising for taking more money from people. How the government let her do it? I hope she will pay for everything.”

“I agree It’s a scam, since May 2020 I have not received my order, they don’t respond to my phones , my emails, they even blocked my Facebook to not write about what happened, guys I am warning you I lost hope to get my money back but I want more people be aware of their scam.”

“I ordered almost a year two dresses and they send to me just one and the other no iwrote to theme so many times first they tried to justify them self now they have even blocked me from facebook so i can comment and tell other costumers that they cheating They just try to cheat costumers and steal money ENOUGH IS ENOUGH”

“Very disappointed with their unprofessional behaviour. Made a purchase in July 2020 didn't receive it and emailed in September. They responded that there were delays so to covid, do I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I emailed and called again in December 2020, still no response and I finally emailed again, and sent them a message through Instagram and Facebook. Never again.... here is my final message to them: Dear Anna harriri team members I have tried to email and call a several times about an order I did on the 18th of July 2020. I understand last year has been a difficult year, but I would have expected better professionalism. Six months has passed and I still haven't received my order. I will not be ordering from you again. Very disappointing knowing you are such a big company. You should know better than to scam customers.”

“I purchased 4 dresses on 30 August 2020. It is 26 January 2021. I have not received it and none of my emails have gone answered. I am now blocked on their Facebook page after leaving a bad review of my experience and warning others. Do not buy!”

“SCAM!! Do not fall for this company. Seeing their good reviews in Facebook, and the emotional videos put up about supporting Covid families, I ordered in May 2020. And till date (Jan 2021), I have not received the order. The Order status which was "Unfulfilled" in their website was changed to "Fulfilled" in the last few months, but I never received my dress. Wrote countless times and tried calling customer service, but no answers either. And also to remind that since was commenting on their facebook about their experiences, they have blocked me too from their FB. Do not fall for their videos and buy the dress.”

“My order was said to have been fulfilled on December 24th. I reached out to customer support countless times trying to get a tracking number. My order numbers were US54781 and US50490, ordered back in February and March. One representative finally responded and said my order was US33683 and that she has been tracking it for some time. The thing is, i have no knowledge of this order or who it belongs to because that is not my order. I was sent a link to review the items I ordered but never received. No one can give me a clear reason why my orders were ALL marked dispatched and fulfilled but were in fact NOT dispatched and fulfilled according to the representative. Is anyone working on an order that says it was already fulfilled ? I doubt it. Hopefully I can get someone to take a look at my orders and fix this. I dont mind waiting, what I do mind is them giving me the run around telling me it was fulfilled, then that it wasn't, then that it is a different order, then that I should review the dresses that were sent but weren't actually sent...like what in the world ?”

“I ordered multiple dresses from annah Hariri on March 29, 2020. They sent one and I’m still waiting for the rest, emailed them multiple times asking for an update and they fraudulently have been blaming COVID19 for the backlog. They no longer are responding to my emails. It’s appalling, they are taking advantage of everyone. They just sent me an email to review dresses I never received!!!!! Completely fraudulent. Please be weary and DO NOT ORDER!”

“They DID NOT deliver my order at all, 9 dresses. I'm a well known brand owner of Henna Sooq so these reviews from me and others are TRUE. I also ordered several dresses, 9 in total, on April 5, 2020 and I only received like 1 of them. I am still waiting for all the rest. They take forever to reply and I'm surprised their website hasn't been taken down. Many of us should report them to the server company they work with or make a class action suit against them. I'm not waiting anymore. The money needs to be refunded right now! It's so sad, honestly, because they claim to be helping others and supporting their staff etc...but they take money from the rest of us and give us nothing.”

“Fraud !!! Fraud !!! We ordered dresses since April 2020 and still not received !!!! Asked for refund by email no reply , tried to contact on their numbers and other ways to contact them unfortunately no success!! Now I’m trying to locate them in their office which I believe somewhere in Turkey . Please don’t buy anything from Anna Harirri company . They will take your money and you will never get refund or your goods!!!”
