“Very fast shipping. Great assistance with double checking model and suitability with our capsule. Adapters work and we are enjoying the ease of transferring baby straight out of the car to pram- especially on the kindy run!”

“The customer service I received throughout my buying journey with Anstel was 10/10! I had so many questions and zero time to call because of work, and the consultant helped through the chat system and was so patient & helpful! Product knowledge was great & even got my order moved up so it wouldn’t arrive too close to baby’s due date! Loved my experience and will be recommending to all my family and friends in Adelaide :)”

“Fantastic customer service. When I contacted them after receiving a product that was faulty they went out of their way to sent a replacement item immediately and arrange for the other to be picked up at a time that was convenient to us, taking into account we were about to have a baby! Really appreciate this level of service at a busy time.”
