A long wait a three day wait turned into 3 weeks to get to my door

Hi Tania, Thanks for taking the time to leave this review, and we do apologise that it took so long for your order to reach you. I can see from our records that your order was shipped within 4 hours of placing your order, so it's clear the delay was with the delivery company, which unfortunately is outside our control. Whilst delays are common in the lead-up to Xmas rush, 3 weeks is indeed a very long time. We'll take your feedback on board and seek to improve our delivery experience in the future! My wife bought one an UP! newborn high chairs and I have to say the machining was out ( see attached) so we just wasted money on the purchase, plus an evening on the fool's errand of trying to build it. On one side the holes line up, but on the other side they are out by about 1mm, given the wood slots into a groove there is no wiggle room and given there is a weird metal plate we insert ( part of the overly complex design) I can't fix it by drilling the hole properly. We are not the type to make claims, but Anstel should not be selling this, it's expensive, complicated and the machining of the holes does not match. Just a terrible product and the last thing new parents need is stress and expense. The other reviews are good, so maybe we were unlucky, but I'm just going to chuck it out

Package has not arrived yet - it was sent over a week ago. Courier seems to have lost it, and I spent an over an hour on hold trying to get through to them. They were not helpful once I actually managed to speak to someone

I will just mention that your order was placed with us 27 December when we were closed. We reopened on 6 January and your order was shipped the same day. Although the product was lovely and delivered in a timely manner, I was upset at the fact that I was contacted after my order was placed requesting more money for postage even though when checking out I had already paid 9-10$ for postage of a bulky item. This is really unprofessional to basically charge someone twice for postage of bulky items especially considering a great deal of the items sold on this site are bulky items.
