Very poor experience. I have had emails go back and forth from a fault that could have resulted in a serious injury. It has been fobed off and ive asked for a call from a manager - No call but instead days later i have received a generic email noting my "query is closed". For a company that prides themselves on safety and quality i am appauled with this service received. I would never purchase from your brands again.

Dear Niamh, Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback. I have taken a look through your warranty claim with us and I can see that it was outside the Manufacturer's warranty period of 2 years therefore Cybex wasn't able to issue a replacement under warranty. I can also see our team did offer a significant discount on a replacement stroller as a way of compensating for the unfortunate situation. We do still uphold that offer if you do wish to take advantage of it. Thanks again for your review, we'll use this to help us improve in the future. Regards Anstel Brands

Bought a program online earlier in the year. Started using the seat recently with my 5 month old. The harness is awful - it may adhere to Australian standards but it is such poor design from a quality and usability perspective for a product at such a high price point. The resolution was to watch a video of how to use it - I know how to use it. That’s not the issue. The re-design of the harness in the 2022 priam seat clearly highlights how flawed the earlier version was. Would not have bought it if I knew it was going to be so bad. I would have expected a replacement or at least discounted option. Will be telling everyone I know these prams are the worth it.

Hello Rohani, Thanks for your feedback. As you've alluded to you, the buckle design has been improved in the latest 2022 version Cybex Priam. Whilst there are hundreds of Priam owners out there using the previous buckle design without an issue (it usually just takes a little getting used to) we do appreciate that it could be more convenient. Reached out to them about issues with 3 of their products as I bought the gazelle s travel system. They fobbed me off saying this and that when I know the items are faulty and can’t be wear and tear after 5 months! Really not impressed with products quality or service from Cybex considering how much I had to pay

So we directed your claim to Cybex UK/Europe team as we aren't best placed to assist you from here down under. Hello Tomas Thanks so much for taking the time to leave your review. And thanks for making us aware that your order hasn't yet been delivered. I can see that your order left our warehouse less than 24 hrs after it was placed, but has taken over 2 weeks to be processed by Couriers Please. We're following this up with Couriers Please right away and hope to have a response from them soon as to when it will be delivered. If we can't get a response ASAP we'll do what it takes to get your delivered promptly. Also, following Couriers Please' recent communication regarding significant delays, we are now using other carrier methods which are faster so we can deliver a better customer experience.
