“Although I have them answering my phones 24/7, the operators miss between 5-10% of the calls that come in. They frequently spell the caller's name incorrectly. More important though are the calls from Rob when he feels he has to increase the number of minutes in your plan. He is always looking to increase the minutes when your usage goes up, but NEVER has looked to decrease your minutes when your usage goes down. When he increases your usage plan, he will retroactively charge you the higher plan amount for that month.”
