“We had a great time on the boat! The fireworks were spectacular and the boat was well kept, nicely decorated, and not too crowded. My only gripe is that the food came out very late and didn't circulate the boat very well. I am also vegetarian and the vegetarian option came out about an hour and a half after the rest of the food. It was almost midnight before I ate anything.”

“Wow!!!! The Ausi Magic was fantastic for our family New Year Party 2020. We are a family from UK and Australia getting together form my daughters wedding in December. The food, atmosphere, DJ and staff were just amazing. Thank you for an amazing night.”

“It was the BEST NYE we had in a long time ! Everything was well organized from the moment we embarked until the moment we were dropped off. The staff were friendly and catered to all our needs. The food was well beyond what we expected- plentiful and tasty. The DJ created a wonderful atmosphere and the positioning of the boat for the fireworks was excellent. Nothing to fault or to complain about . Well done and thank you for making our dreams come true !”

“Good night on this boat. Nice food, plenty of drink and the DJ was fantastic. Right up at the bridge at midnight for a superb view of the fireworks. Boarding was a bit shambolic and an issue with the toilets (for most of the night) is the reason why I have not given an excellent rating.”

“We had a very good night on NYE 2019/2020. We had more food and drink offered to us than we expected. We liked all the staff who were very generous and accommodating. The two things we didn't like was being too far away from the fire work shows and the welcoming entrance area which was not well organised and very dusty. No one seemed to be able to tell us which party boat to que up for and every body was anxous they would miss there departure time. There needs to be better signage in future guiding people which que to join etc. Other than that I would do it all again.”

“Overall the NYE cruise was vey good, however a couple of suggestions for improvement: * Boarding was chaotic with no organisation - numerous people shouting instruction (which due to multiple cruises was not heard by most folk) followed by others giving conflicting instructions * Sample menu did not reflect actual menu * Toilet situation was a fiasco - women being given buckets to do their "business"!!! Ambience, music, cruise staff all excellent - shall definitely be on the "must do again" list.”

“Too many peoples loaded made the stay very unconfortable.Very difficult to get the food and not enough chairs unless grabbing it. Totally different atmosphere than dispayed in the Bella Vista web site. For sure I do not suggest such experience to my friends.”

“We were a bit disappointed with the fact we didn’t get the full amount of time on the boat. It said 6-1am. And we didn’t board til at least 6:30pm and were rushed off at 12:20am. We wanted to party a bit more after the fireworks. Also the music wasn’t created to ensure a good party spirit. But the staff were great. The food was lovely and the boat was lovely too. Just these little things could ensure huge success!”
