She uses it on the highest speed, but it’s nice that it has 3 settings. It’s also nice that you’re not required to have the app to use the scooter.”

I have sent 6 or 7 emails requesting an update since June they have deliberately ignored me. I have had my faulty scooter for less than 1 year. I have asked for a refund and they have said it is older than 30 days, if I knew this I would never have bought it from this company. Also I believe the reviews are fake.
