Great price and quick delivery with great contact

Wanted a big monitor with high refresh rate that was still sharp for a good price. AO had a really good msi monitor that fit my needs perfectly, whilst no other retailer even sold this monitor. Bought on 21st August, estimated delivery time was 6th September (which i knew about before confirming order) Arrived earlier today on the 24th August, as a very welcome surprise. Couldn't be happier

I just everything about this company - Price, products, customer service and delivery are second to none. As a vulnerable household we have found the delivery drivers to be incredibly helpful during lockdown. Big shout out to Les and Craig- crew SPA35.

Returns Process - Difficult

Been with ao.com years spent thousands tried to order ninja last night 3 times online ,it kept blocking me so rang today reordered said card not gone through,rang bank they said it’s ao end got back on ,they said I couldn’t order with them ,thought they were having joke ,after being passed around was told ,I couldn’t place order ,I said don’t know what u mean ,I said why ,she said not allowed to say ,I am 73 years I was almost crying,I said I don’t understand I’ve shopped with you for years, but I think last week I sent ninja back to them and refused to pay £25 returns as I didn’t now you had too no one told me that, girl said today look on line it tells you ,and I said I always phoned in my orders ,she said oh yes u do ,sorry we can’t put ur order through, I was so upset never been refused to place order with anyone,I asked to put in complaint she said I am complaints dept , so went to argos hour ago delivering today ,bye bye AO your loss not mine ,thought they were best seller going looking today ,glad I won’t be buying from them did me favour today

Delivery was fine,but on complaining was told to go to manufacturer as because it had been plugged in it was used and therefore returns policy is invalid.

I've had to fork out another£500 on a replacement, fitting and recycle plus delivery wih another company before kitchen fitter returns to finish my kitchen next week.

What would any customer of AO reasonably expect in the circumstances? That the situation is immediately remedied by way of a replacement, or a refund, including reimbursement for costs of disposal.

Since the fridge freezer went on, it froze everthing in the bottom of it and the temperature in the middle fluctuated between below freezing and 10 degrees without it being opened or changing the settings, I tried several different thermometers to check that this wasnt just inaccuracy of the thermometers i was using, it wasn't, the final straw was then it froze raw meat that was in the meat drawer in the FRIDGE! Contacted AO about this fault and from the get go they were unhelpful, the attitude was rude and demeaning, I had, had it just over a week at that point and was well within the cooling off period, they told me they wanted an engineer to look at it but that was scheduled for 2 weeks later (27th March) - you can't leave someone without a fridge for that long especially when it was them that caused the fault in the first place, they should have just swapped/refunded it in full.

I am ending up paying 128 pounds for the 640 pounds TV which is nowhere return to have mentioned such huge percentage will be deducted from the refund.

Ordered a new washer which was delivered and fitted wish a few days and old one taken away. Excellent service
