“The thermometer is not measuring the same temperature as the laser gun one I have, making it a bit complicated to calculate how much I should set the real temperature to.”

“It's a good solid cat flap although I have gone through a couple of them over the years when large cats have had a fight either side of it. The draft excluder works well although it makes quite a noise when the cats go through but that can be useful if you are waiting to hear them. The in and out indicator works well but I have invariable removed them in the past and that unfortunately leaves a little hole for the wind to blow through. The flap comes with two sizes of screw and the flap tunnel can be cut to size. A hacksaw is needed for this.”

“Good delivery service. However the table that came with the hagan budgie cage had screws & feet missing , tried to ring 6 times but no reply, had to go & buy screws & make do with no feet, not really aqua pets fault. But when you pay £80 you would expect to be able to report a problem ASAP . Chris”

“This is a lovely, good looking cage at a great price. I particularly like that the full length of the front opens allowing my bunny easy access in and out. Couldn't give it five stars though as the assembly of the longer base side panels were very difficult to slide along and click into place. Maybe this is a one-off as other reviews I've read said assembly was easy. Rest of cage assembly was very straightforward.”
