“Ordered a pump for outside pool as in your photo but when I got it it was for inside. You were very good at refunding my money but it did cost me an extra £2.80 to post it back. Thanks anyway. Kind regards. John”

“We purchased a bulb for my tortoise which broke after about a month. I had purchased other bulbs from the company before and they had all lasted significantly longer. I raised this issue and they replaced the bulb very within a couple of days free of charge. Very very happy with the service.”

“The price of the Sam Baker coral decoration was competitive as was the postage. My regret is that the item broke in transit - I accept it is made of resin and this was always a risk and it was easy to fix with superglue. Nonetheless, I would recommend that you improve on the Reef One packing and surround these ornaments with foam balls or tissue paper to minimise the shock that happens in the post system - this is because the original packing doesn't give any relief against shocks in the post or drops etc. The item was delivered quickly, it looks amazing in my 60L Biorb Life tank and I am most happy (just wish it didn't need repairing before first time use). Thank you.”
