“Very pleased as date given, item arrived. Only comment would be that as it was a bulb the word "Fragile" might be put on the packaging. Other than that would recommend this company.”

“Recently bought a Laguna pond pump. Ordered Thursday and delivered Saturday by amazon prime. Super service and just as described. Had contacted seller to enquire about this item as not familiar with this make at all. Guy I spoke to was unable to give all tech info I needed (hence 4 star review) but reassured me that the company hold a comprehensive stock of spares so I made the purchase. Right choice only time will tell but all appears to be working well at the moment and pond clearing nicely. Would use again definitely.”

“Had a slight problem with the order not being received after paying for it, but after a quick e-mail to Aquapet all was quickly resolved with an apology and my order was received very soon after. I have used this company several times before and the service and delivery has always been excellent. This was obviously a 'blip' and I will continue to use Aquapet regardless as their product are excellent value and service excellent.”

“The delivery was very quick and the tracking was excellent. The cage itself is very good and sturdy, a lot bigger than I expected. I did however have a missing part and the lack of instructions made it quite frustrating. For the price I paid I wouldn't have expected any problems or at least a discount due to the trouble it caused with our rabbit not being able to be delivered on time because the cage wasn't secure. Overall a good service.”
