“PLACED AN ODER ALMOST A MONTH AGO, STILL HAVE RECEIVED PRODUCT AND THEY ARE NOT ANSWERING PHONE CALLS OR RESPONDING T EMAILS. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER SEND ANYTHING. WE WILL BE CONTESTING THE CHARGE THROUGH PAYPAL.”

“Ordered on March 10th. Never got it. Received an email in March 25 saying it was shipped - but didn’t arrive and the tracking number shows nothing useful. So frustrating.”

“Ordered a 4 pack and a 6 pack of hand sanitizer. Received only the 4 pack. Not answering either phone number listed and not answering emails either. Didn’t take them long to charge your card and get their money. Consider yourself lucky if you received a complete order. Stay away.”

“Ordered and they created shipping label next morning. That was 3 weeks ago. They create the shipping label so they can charge your credit card without having the product. Stay away”

“So I ordered two 2-packs of hand sanitizer and I received 3 bottles. Was never notified by the company my order was shorted. No credit to my credit card. My emails are bouncing back and conveniently they are not taking phone calls. The bottles were not even full. Never again. Guess I will get my credit card to go after them.”

“Seems to be a scam. I ordered hand sanitizer which showed as shipped on 3/28. Tracking shows as UPS is waiting for shipment. I'm sure that if this is an honest company they must be very busy right now, but 3 emails have bounced back and they don't answer the phone so I think it is a scam. On Amazon and on their own website the say they have product in shop to ship. So where is everyone's order? I used Paypal so will wait awhile to file a claim. Oh, they also made a new website and now it says I have no orders.... As of right now I would say don't buy from Artnaturals.”

“Scammers. Ordered unscented handsanitizer and received coconut. Can't get in touch with the company to fix the issue. Also I don't think the product is made with quality. Not willing to risk my life with this product during the pandemic.”

“I ORDERED A 4-PACK OF HAND SANITIZER AND ONLY RECEIVED 3 BOTTLES. I TRIED NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS & EMAIL'S TO THE COMPANY TO TRY GETTING THE OTHER BOTTLE I PURCHASED, BUT HAVE HAD NO RESPONSE BACK. I GUESS THEY CAN'T COUNT TO 4 ! BUYER BEWARE !!..IF I GOT RIPPED OFF, YOU WILL TOO !!”

“I ordered hand sanitizer on March 11. According to their website, orders before March 16 will be shipped by March 25. They printed a UPS label on 3/16 but never shipped anything. As of today, April 3rd, I have not received any updates.. I sent several emails inquiring about my order and got no response and now the emails are bouncing back. They are also not answering phone calls. Is this a scam?”

“Ordered 6 hand sanitizers since 3/14, after 6 emails, a generic response was sent that items would be shipped 3/25-3/31, nothing yet, emailed them again 5 times and got blocked so now my emails not going through, stay away from this company they are scammers!!! I just lost $54”

“I ordered 4 bottles of hand sanitizer. I only received 3. Tried to call. Voicemail said they weren’t taking calls to email them. I have emailed twice with no reply! This is theft! I have not received a refund or my 4th bottle as of yet! Beware of ordering from this company!!! Thieves!”

“Horrible company. Purchased on 3/17/2020 and they created a shipping label just so they could collect my money from Amazon. The label was created on 3/19. By 3/31, nothing had shipped though their web site said it would. They don't answer their phone or emails. It is now 4/3 and nothing has shipped. Stay away from this company.”

“Guess I am not the only one who got ripped off. I ordered in early March two 2-packs of hand sanitizers and emailed them when I did not get it. They emailed me when they would send it. A few days later I received it MINUS one bottle. Only received three single bottles in a box and two of them were not in a pack. Immediately emailed and got no answer. Emailed again - no answer. Next two emails were returned as not deliverable. Unable to call - only got a recording. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY - IT IS A REAL RIPOFF!”

“Pretty much the same story as others. Ordered hand sanitizer on March 10th - no indication given that order would be delayed. Emailed on the 20th, and received email response that it would ship by 3/25. Still nothing. Then I got an email with a UPS number - 3 days later still not in UPS system. I checked - the UPS label was created on 3/16. The UPS site says: "When the shipment arrives at our facility the delivery date will be updated." I tried to email them for several days, and they did not answer. Now their email bounces because the box is full. They are still taking orders on their website at this very moment.”

“Placed an order for hand sanitizer on 3/14 which stated that it would be mailed out by 3/25. I’ve never received a confirmation email stating it was mailed out. I’ve called and recording states to email. I emailed and got a return response stating that their in box was full and could not be delivered. Today is April 1st and still no merchandise. I will give them til the 3rd. They I will dispute this order with Pay Pal. I understand with the shortage of hand sanitizer they must have been swamped but yet they are still selling it on their website and they can’t deliver as promised.”

“I ordered 4 8oz bottles of hand sanitizer on 3/11 and paid $19.99 extra for expedited 2-3 day shipping. I then received a message that I would receive the items by 3/25. I emailed once and got a response that assured me a bit. I would wait for my package. I emailed for an update and didn't get a response. Only today, March 31, 2020 did I get my order - Half filled...ONLY RECEIVED TWO BOTTLES. I tried calling but they aren't taking calls due to the "high volume" of calls. I'm sure everyone's ordering hand sanitizer. Still it took forever to get here, I paid outrageous shipping costs and it's only part of what I ordered. I emailed and said they have 24 hours to refund my order or I'm disputing this with my card company.”
