“No product arrived! Contacting them is fruitless. Website says my order is “complete.” They don’t answer calls. Wish I had thought to look them up before ordering ☹️! DHL says that company says order was sent to them but has not arrived at their shipping warehouse. Ordered 4/7. Now it is 4/18. Same state as I live in. Don’t order!”

“Please charge back your card as fast as possible if you buy from Art Naturals. This is a rip off! It will help shut them down and also report them to the authority’s as they are breaking a US Government issued executive order not to prey on people during crisis.”

“Sad to say but I too was ripped off. I ordered a gallon of indebted sanitizer and 2-8 ounce bottles. I received the gallon but not the 2-8 ounce bottles. I'm out the $20 and I can't get any response. They don't answer phones or emails. It's just kind blowing to think anyone would do this during a time like this. Especially to a health care worker like myself. I was going to send the 2 smaller bottles to my Son in the military. Run away from this company. Everyone who was ripped off needs to file a complaint with the BBB. I had really hoped these were shipped separately because I really wanted to believe in this company. The prices were pretty high as well. $59 a gallon. Or the 8 ounce bottles were 2 for 19.99 but I figured supply and demand etc. Well I lesson learned the hard way.”

“As everyone below has said, you are lucky to get your product. I ordered two 8 oz bottles of hand sanitizer 3/30, label created shortly after and then nothing. I have contacted multiple times by chat, email, etc but nothing. A complete scam, save your money and wash your hands with soap instead!”

“Site said orders ship within 48 hours. They created a shipping label (with in 48 hours) but the order has not shipped. I have emailed them repeatedly on the subject by have yet to receive a response. I get that things are rough right now, but bad service is bad service. I'd be willing to cut them a break if they just communicated WTF was going on. I really want to like this company and products...but I can't even get them. I wish I could give them less than 1 star.”

“As per all other comments. Took my order and money on 3-10-20, then no answers to phone or emails. Filed complaint with Ebay and BBB, no resolution there either. I should have noticed that there were 2 payment routes on their website, one clearly labeled as Ebay, and the other that looked like a normal credit card choice (which I used). That payment was still processed by Ebay, so you can't go back to your card issuer and dispute the charge. They are still taking orders right now!”

“DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! A complete scam. Once you order, they don't respond to Emails, their phone number changes every once and a while, and their "Live Chat" goes offline right after you connect. Thankfully, my Credit Card company was aware of this fraud of a company and another called Art Naturals. BEWARE!!!”

“Terrible company. Put in an order for 4 pack hand sanitizer ($38). I added a face mask for free shipping. Package came there was no hand sanitizer in it. Tried to contact but no response. Their phone number don't work and won't answer any email. Had to dispute charge on my my account.”

“My order came (but not in the time they advertised) it was just INCOMPLETE. Tried to contact customer service via email - they are not answering the phone. They have not responded to multiple emails. It seems that this is a common occurrence and that customer service is severely lacking. Suggestion - dispute your charge on your credit card if they offer that service.”

“Ordered 1 gallon on april 5th, shipping label created march 7th, payment processed on march 7th. Nothing was shipped. Seller ignored amazon messages, seller ignoring email messages. Seller ripping off customers. Will get a refund through Amazon but damn.”

“We are in a time of crisis so false advertising can be life threatening. We are both health care providers and ordered hand sanitizer. We were quoted a 48 hour delivery time over a week ago. Today when I looked at the tracking again it said the order will be shipped in 30 days. We tried to call and the message said the volume of calls is too high for them to answer. No wonder. Shame on you.”

“I ordered sanitizer over a week ago. Just like everyone else I received confirmation of a shipping label created. My credit card was billed. Originally my order was to be delivered on 4/15. Now I have no delivery date. Trying to contact them with no success.”

“Ordered over a month ago. Shipping label created a few days later. Tracking number says it has not reached the UPS facility. Never received the merchandise. They do not respond to emails or phone calls. Do not order from them! It is a scam. Contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge.”

“Buyer beware!! I knew I should have checked reviews before ordering. I tried to cancel order but of course no phone calls were being accepted and emails were not answered. I ordered 2 bottles of hand sanitizer and 3 other items in order to qualify for free shipping. When the order finally shipped all I received was 2 small items and no sanitizer...wtf!!! I sent a nasty email and forwarded It about 20 times times in a row. I know I’ll never hear back from them or receive a credit. I’m wondering how they can get away with this fraudulent scam?? Scam artists to the max!!”
