“I want to thank you for the quick delivery of the canvases I orderd from you. they came safe and sound and I am already painting on one of them. they are of good solid quality and very pleased about this. my one concern was when the package arrived there was a slash that went right through to the inside of the package but luckly it missed the canvases. so no damage thought you should know.”

It's great to hear you are enjoying your canvas, thank you for taking the time to write a review and share your feedback with us. Australia Post uses forklifts and conveyor belt machinery when processing the millions of parcels they receive every day, and sometimes this does cause damage to cartons and their contents unfortunately. We understand it is disappointing when a carton arrives damaged. If you have received damaged items in your delivery, please contact us so we can replace them for you. Thanks!

“Very happy with the price & quality of the products & with the customer service. Not quite so thrilled about the barrage of marketing emails that followed immediately after my purchases were delivered. I'm on a limited budget & can buy only what I can afford & need, not what someone else wants me to buy. The emails were so persistent that I had to unsubscribe from the mailing list (which I did not ask to be put on, I might add). This stopped me from giving a 5-star rating.”

We understand that receiving a lot of emails can be overwhelming for some. Our marketing emails are designed to share ideas, communicate sale dates, upcoming classes, and share the art from others in our community. What we sometimes recommend is to create a rule in your email inbox to file all art emails into a folder, so you can view them later.

“I love the customer service at Art Shed. They will let you know straight away if an ordered item is out of stock and either refund or say when it's due to come in so you can plan. My orders always arrive in a speedy manner and also the prices are competitive. As a hobby artist on a pension Art Shed allows me to create with quality paint that doesn't cost the earth.”

“Art Shed for an artist is the equivalent of Dan Murphy’s for liquor connoisseurs or a lolly shop for kids. It’s simply the best for variety and quality of products, excellent and reasonable prices and above all, friendly and knowledgeable staff! My favourite place for all things arty👍🍾”
