“Difficult to order online especially with redeeming a gift voucher. Tried many times. In the end gave up and rang art shed.”

Thanks for the feedback Susan, we know it can be a bit tricky processing our Gift Vouchers sometimes, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. The unique nature of our business being both online and a retail store combined complicates the function of electronic vouchers. I'm glad you were able to redeem it over the phone. :)

“Our experience at the Art Shed prior to Xmas was absolutely outstanding! To be honest we stopped coming in for a while as there was a rude girl there that was no help or her body language little lone her customer service was disgusting everytime we came in. We even walked out one day. The staff prior to Christmas had the best customer service I have seen anywhere in some time.. Thanks Art Shed!”
