“Whilst I enjoyed browsing products in the EOFY sale, I did have a couple of questions and found a CSO to ask. On my approach, the CSO moved away, apparently busy with other aspects of the business. This happened with the same CSO 3 times. So my questions remained unanswered and products I might have bought remained on the shelves.”

At Art Shed our customers' experience in-store or on our website is something that we take very seriously, and pride ourselves on, as you can see this is reflected in our 5-star reviews. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know about your visit. And we are truly sorry this happened when shopping with us. It is maybe worth noting that about half of our team who work in the store each day work in our order fulfillment team and are there to pick orders for our online store. This may be why they seemed distracted or busy doing other tasks. Having said this, we encourage the team to always assist customers. “I've never had a problem purchasing my paint products from Art Shed. They arrive always earlier than any of your competitors and are wrapped extremely well. The only time I ever purchase from any other company is obviously if I can get a product cheaper. Otherwise, I'm an extremely happy customer!!”

“Great products, good prices, staff always knowledgeable and helpful. When I’ve received a damaged box of purchases or missing products (due to postal service) staff always act on it promptly. This happened in the past.”

“Art Shed’s website is easy to use and the search function is excellent, making it simple to find the products I wished to buy. As always, my products were promptly delivered. I love that products are wrapped securely in brown paper, as against those awful foam beads.”
