“The order took about two weeks to arrive and there was a faulty bottle included of burnt sienna. I have since emailed Sarah in your office with photos. I find it difficult to hold the jar and lid and take a photo so a bit hit and miss with pics. Hoping for a replacement bottle as my art teacher advised it should be returned as it was faulty.”

This is a bit longer than usual two-five days, and we apologise for the inconvenience. We have contacted you privately in order to resolve the problem with your paint, it is standard practice for online businesses to ask for photo evidence for faulty products. Thank you.
