Hi Irene, Thank you for the review, it is very disappointing. We enquired with Australia Post to find out what happened with your order. It appears there was an issue with their communication to you regarding your delivery. The scans were out of order in the tracking, but delivery was attempted on 24th May. There was no one available to sign for it, so it was taken to the Post office and was waiting for collection since 25th May. Normally they return it to us after two weeks if it isn't collected, so I'm glad to see you were able to collect it before that happened. Feel free to contact us if you have any further issues with delivery from us.

“I've ordered from Artshed before, the products sold are of very good quality, ordering online is easy, it took less than a week to arrive and the packaging (quite large stretched canvas) was excellent plus some. Thank you, will tell others.”
