“Hi. The site was easy to order from. I received the incorrect item however you handled it really well and sent out the correct order straight away. The customer service team are super prompt in replying and resolving issues. Thank you Sarah! It would be great if the items photos were more detailed. E.g the canvas boards are front on. An image of the back or side would be useful to provide better visual of what we are ordering.”

“Lovely staff. Helpful and patient even with needy customers. That's what I observed anyway the day I picked up my order. As to my purchase, when I got it home I found a very dodgy eraser that just couldn't knead. After I rang, then sent photos via email, the staff quickly refunded the cost for it. About $8 and then offered to send me at no cost to me another brand eraser. So nice of them. It arrived quickly and I now have a new best brand kneadable eraser. Thanks staff.”

“I had a long list of supplies to purchase and the staff were extremely helpful finding those items I had not been able to spot, as well as giving me ideas on how to achieve my goals with other alternative products, since I am very sensitive to exposure to toxicity.I was very well assisted, as it has happened everytime I go there.
