“Maximum stars to Art Shed! I ordered a set of graphitint pencils and noticed I had 2 of the same colour, obviously missing a colour. Sarah organised for the missing colour to be sent to me within a quick timeframe. I am very happy my 'small' complaint was acknowledged and resolved. Thank you to the team at Art Shed.”

“It’s a great place to shop. Good sales and variety. The only real let down is how long it takes for the warehouse to acknowledge and dispatch an order. Didn’t receive an email for 3 days. I ended up calling to see what was happening and changed to click and collect and picked it up that day. I have since placed another order and having the same problem. I called today because I still had no email confirmation for an order placed 2 days ago.”

“I usually dislike spam prompts for feedback. However, i'll quickly say what impressed me about ArtShed. The service so far is excellent. I ordered an item that seemed to have been lost in the mail and was returned to the store. They took it upon themselves to credit my account and send me an email. The second time I purchased I used the credit among the large order I placed and arrived within the week. Perfectly packed. This should seem like the standard but two other Australian main art suppliers (not going to name) ive experienced hassles. I do warehousing/supply chain in my job and Art Shed is doing it right.”
