“Ordering was fine, delivery to store fine, however I and 4 others who came to collect after me had to wait, in my case 25minutes till the staff brought my parcel.”

“The George Men's section used to be really good but has gone downhill. T- Shirts with Childish slogans/ prints. Poor choice of summer shorts and to much winter stock being sold during the Spring/Summer period.”

“I’ve shopped for years at Asda but now find the adults range of clothes are A joke they are so busy being inclusive and politically correct that they have lost the plot which is to just sell stuff for everyone . Time was you could get a nice outfit for anyone from toddler to granny or grandad not now ! Unless you want to look like a toddler yourself nearly everything has silly cartoons on or some childish slogan .kids clothes are nice looking but quality is rubbish as they loose there shape or fall apart I’m with other customers tu is far better bit more expensive but you don’t end up looking like a clown .George you need to rethink your designs if you want to please the U.K. market! I’m done with George clothing now ☹️”

“I’m fed I’m up of processing online fast returns, taking to store & not get my refund efficiently! I’m constantly having to chase it up and then having to prove I’ve returned when I’ve already scanned in store! Staff are very helpful or compassionate! Disgusted in the service and I should be the one having to chase to get my money back”

“Never using again and I spent a lot of money over the years. Ordered ankle socks for my autistic daughter. Knee high sock comes (she won't wear them) got replacement but was knee high socks again. They won't send me the correct item and said to try buying them again or somewhere else. Why can they not send me the correct item?”

“Orderd my son and daughters school uniform on Thursday last week for collection in store Sunday ready for school Monday went there as stated via email after 1 pm and was told by a member of staff when they checked the order number it was in transit out the back on 5 cages and to come back tomorrow went back Monday and was told something completely different that it had not been deliverd then I went again yesterday to be told they don’t no anything and can not give me an estimate !! I then receive a text message today 3 days after the delivery date stating it will be delayed for 48 hours my son is stuck with no uniform !! If I request a refund and cancel order so that I can buy them in store this will take up to 14 days so will cost me double the money and so much unconvince Iv always brought in store never used this service and will not again still no uniform Iv attached evidence of order date and text message recieved I would advice if they don’t have your child’s size in the store go someone else because this is not a good alternative”

“This is the first time to give one star , I love George at asda love it, I ordered a pool for my grandson and paid next day delivery, have received email saying it will be three days and as a thank u there refunding my delivery charge.bit stupid when it was my money you took in the first place, very let down because I have never ever had a problem,”

“I placed a large order nearly hundred pounds on boys clothes I used 2 5pound e vouchers I got for a previous order where things had turned up broken any way one t shirt I ordered was not in stock and they refunded this with the e vouchers the while point in placing the order was to use the vouchers and when I rang customer services they were not able to understand what my problem was after this I was told by text my order was delayed I waited 2 days still heard nothing so rang customer services again to be told that yes my items were in store to be picked up but they hadn't sent me an update to say they were there after all my recent purchase experiences totalling 500 pound asda will longer he getting my money I will be shopping elsewhere don't know what's happened but its really gotten quite bad”

“Ordered 3 pairs men shorts on line pickup at store my husband tried them on did not fit so returned same day 1 itam in one bag got my 15 pounds back after 4 days. 2 Iran’s in the author bag 30 pounds still waiting on my refund 9 days now phoned customer service keep telling me it will be 3-4 day days three times iv phoned can’t get answer keep telling me three - Four days every time I phone very difficult to understand they can’t even tell me if they have my return 30 pounds out of pocket”

“Had 2 e vouchers which I used on George clothing unfortunately not suitable so I returned and because the vouchers on return were then out of date I lost them . Hopeless trying to contact customer services almost always sound like they are chewing something and disinterested . One loyal customer bites the dust Asda and from the look of other reviews I am not the only one”

“Asda George clothing range used to be really good but over the last few month it has gone seriously wrong and downhill fast. Too many boxes being ticked so as not to offend resulting in awful clothes. Z lister so called celebrities are doing nothing to help matters either Asda. Please listen to you real, loyal customers.”

“George Asda use yodel. Yodel lie about delivering the item and it being refused at 2pm on a Monday when the address is a office manned reception. Avoid because you won't get your items. Go via Amazon instead.”

“George clothing range used to be excellent but is now absolutely awful. Not sure what they are doing apart from trying to be 'inclusive'. It's not working Asda, nor is your attempt at using z-listers to design and model. It's a joke. Please, please Asda, get back to your original styles and models!! Have gone from placing 2 or 3 orders online per month to zero.”
