ever… Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I purchased a delivery pass last year, everything was fine up until now...in the new year they have changed their delivery slot times meaning I can no longer get my groceries delivered when I am at home. Phoned customer service (if you can call them that) to be told a pack of lies and they cannot do anything to help me. This means my delivery pass, which I paid for is not of any use. Asked to speak to their manager, so they put me through to my local store manager (why I do not know as it is not a store decision) she then put the phone down on me after asking me to hold. I am really disappointed, I work in customer service myself and if I acted I the way they have I would not have a job.

I buy a lot of clothing and foot wear from Asda at the Arnison centre. I have been buying some ladies boots from you and in November 2019 I went into my store and found they had very little choice so I had to go online and use click and collect. I normally wear a size 6 in shoes and boots , however I had to order a size 6.5 in my last pair . They fit perfectly . Because my local store continued to have no choice in boots I ordered 2 different styles of boots in size 6 and 6.5 . Cost £100.00. When I came to try them on the black boots in size 6 were too big . The khaki ones were so narrow. I have bought lots of boots and shoes from you and normally 6 fits lovely. The problem is I having to pay for items just to get the right fit. Your sizes vary so much. Also I have bought cargo trousers from you for years now and I have bought two pairs of the same trousers only to find one pair fits and the other one too tight . Do not know what's going with your sizes

I would not even give 1 star if I could. Worse service I have ever experienced, ordered my 4 items around beginning of December to make sure it was delivered for Christmas, paid for names day delivery, items came but damaged so I have refused to accept it and I have contacted George to arrange a new delivery which supposed to be in the next 2 days the items never came I did not get any information I had to call them again, and I was told the items were not longer in stock and I will get a refund! I have only received part of refund and I have checked the website and all things that I wanted were still in stock!!! I will never recommend this to anybody, so not order from George online at all better go to the shop. Wasted my time and money.

Salter Glass Kettle Iridescent EK2841IR — returned this product the next day. The item failed to switch off when water was boiling and caused my wife the burn her hand (not seriously )trying to switch it off, she had to pull the plug out to turn off, Also the coloured red lights stopped working at the front area only, the blue lights were ok. The kettle had only been used 5 times including twice when cleaning it for first use.

Salter Glass Kettle Iridescent EK2841IR — We bought this product because my cousin has one and is very happy with it. We returned ours the following day because the red lights when it is on the stand stopped working at the the front of the product. The blue lights were ok. More inportant than that after using it no more that 5 times (including twice to clean it at first start up) it failed to switch off when boiling, this caused my wife to burn her hand with the steam when trying to turn it off she pulled the plug out in the end.

Received a delivery with a number of substitutes. Please be aware the driver does not mentioned these when delivered. Check your email, as it is up to you to find the substitutes and give them to the driver to return. I have ended up with quite expensive items I can not use!

ASDA has Free delivery to my local store, so I could collect at a time to suit me, rather than wait at home for a delivery, Hermes, who delivered for Sports Direct , couldn't find my delivery address for 5 days, so I paid a premium for a delivery that didn't happen. ( and this is the second time I've had delivery issues from Sports Direct) On the only time in my last 15 ASDA orders there was a problem with my delivery, I received a prompt apology with a small token voucher. Yes, the £2 voucher was nice, but far more importantly was their apology, and timely resolution. 4 months after my 1st problem with SD/Hermes, I've not even had an apology.

Ordered Lego for a present on 25th November was informed delivery would be by 11th dec got an e mail saying my item was dispatched and would arrive on the 11th got a second e mail on 11th to say they had refunded my money they had for more than 2 weeks, no explanation as to why after being told my item would be here. Disgusting way to do business and customer service explained it by saying it wasn’t in stock when I ordered but was on back order. Will never use them again

Anyone order some boy's pyjamas and not been able to pick them up from the store at Sinfin?? That's because they were in our parcel! I called today to see what to do and was instructed to bring them back in. I don't expect a medal for being honest but a sorry for the mix-up, thank you for calling the store and could you possibly bring them in would have been nice. Really really rubbish customer service. I will put myself out for your mistake so that little boy gets his pyjamas but come on, Asda, sort out your customer service. Not good enough.

I ordered two pairs of child’s waterproofs and two sets of wellies for next day delivery. 9 days later and Asda still haven’t even sent them to DPD to be delivered, after chasing no answers can be given!

Ordered a Christmas tree and decorations and was advised the order would be split into two separate deliveries, the decorations and the tree. The decorations arrived via Yodel last Tuesday and I was advised the tree should be delivered by the 22nd November. It did not arrive I checked all my texts and E-mails and a text from My Hermes telling me the tree had been delivered and left in an outbuilding, there was no photo on the tracking sheet of this outbuilding, that would be because my house is semi detached and their is no outbuilding, also my daughter was home all day on Wednesday 20th and no one knocked at the door. Asda have said they will speak to the Courier as they need to get someone to accept responsibility for the missing parcel before I can get a refund. It’s very frustrating, I have spoken to them 3 times now and on the first two occasions my calls were taken by call handlers who could barely speak English and they had strong foreign accents!

Easy site to use, FREE delivery to my nearest store, regular tracking updates, and as soon as I made a FREE return because the item did not fit, I received an instant text acknowledging my return .

Bought some brandy butter mince pies on 17th nov , while eating one found piece of hard blue plastic in it . Emailed customer services next day as of yet four days later no response . Maybe a product recall or batch recall may be an idea in case some else eats any plastic it or gets it stuck in their throat if it’s a small child .

Ordered my groceries online amd waited 3 hours. No delivery and no update on app of delivery status. Due to being a Sunday, customer services closed at 10pm. Rang this morning and couldn't give me a reason why delivery didn't happen. Apology didn't seem genuine, felt like she was reading off a script as she kept repeating herself. Worst thing is, this is the second time this has happened!! Worst delivery service I've ever (tried to) use!

I would give 0 star. Awful service! I ordered 4 chairs. Paid extra for next day delivery service for Saturday. I took an off day to be able to receive it. I got from yodel 3 messages that my items are on the way. Nothing all day. No tracking number even sent to me! 9 pm I called customer service. I ask about the tracking number. The person gave me the numbers and also told me that the chairs will be delivered on Monday. How is possible? So I should take another day off to able to receive my items? I am just loosing with you guys! Made me so angry and mad because I really liked that chairs but I just cancelled the order. Rip off your time and money only!!! Customer service person didn't even offered for me a voucher, nothing. Not happy at all! Be careful with them! Even the person on the phone told me that they knew about this and they will advice for customers to do not order for the weekend delivery service... really? When? Just zero stars...

BEWARE of online returns with George Clothing. Should you ever need to return clothing you have ordered online & complete online return to be via store, make sure you always fully check your return refund confirmation that full amount of goods returned is being refunded. 3 times in the past 6 months when I have had to return 3 or 4 items from a large order due to unsuitability, 1 item included in the return has not been refunded automatically & I have had to contact them to rectify the issue. To happen once is questionable, but 3 times is totally unacceptable as it also is a highest priced item that has not been refunded. Policy here is fully check your refund amount to what you have actually returned. Under NO DOUBT, I am the only customer being “tucked up” in this way.

am disgusted in asda they sent me a table and chairs in june. The chairs and parasol are badly damaged and dangerous. The chairs have all got holes in and the one chair is completely broken and the parasol bars are stuck together and are really sharp it could cut your hand open. So the parasol won't even go up the full way. I've sent Asdas resolution team the photos and they have said we can only offer you 25% refund even though I've sent pictures of it the item. Asda don't care about the safety of children I told them one of the chairs completely ripped with my child sitting on it (his two) and my child fell on the floor the chair shouldn't of done that and they didn't even care still offered 25%. They said return the table, and we will think about a full refund. I've said I'm a single mom just come out of hospital from a stomach operation so if I try dismantle a heavy glass table by myself my stitches could burst and that could be life threatening. They also said the item would need to be packaged.. Bare in mind this is a big glass table I bought in june.. How would I have packaging for this? The man from the resolution team at asda then said well I'm all out of options. They sold me a faulty item that could of seriously hurt my two year old. You will be hearing from my lawyer
