I have lost $20,000 on this site, which seems to be a platform for scammers who pay for positive reviews in order to gain credibility. It preys on the emotions of vulnerable individuals. I truly believe this place operates with malicious intent.

I reached out to support team that I had concern about charging extra fee and so wanted to cancel, they helped me to cancel and said nothing to worry about. Thx

I couldn’t understand why my email horoscope starts different to what I get in the app. It has been explained to me that the email is generic for my sign but the app is specific to me. I’m happy with this explanation
