I worked for ASOS for 6 months. This company is a fake company, a joke and schizophrenic. 4 hours of African music and hip hop are very common, marihuana on the toilette, every team leader has an Arab or African background. The advisers who perform best are sorted out and the ones that are hysteric maniacs who can not do anything correctly, while disrupting everyone, receive the option to become a team leader. I always performed between 100 % and 127 %, as there are performance charts. I received an investigation hearing and a disciplinary hearing because I apologized, as we received training for it, after an Afghan customer adviser who offended a western female customer in a live chat, to the customer for this treatment. During the investigation was I subliminal targeted as a racist and branded in the conversation/ interrogation this way. The note takers report of the hearings were insane, sentences and meaning appeared that I did not say, the first notetaker was of Arab origin and could not even express it in proper English, but was able with this improper language skills to become a note taker. He simply lied throughout the whole review that he wrote. The entire action of mistreatment of a customer by the original customer adviser was deflected on the next customer adviser who apologized to the customer. Finally the payment, my last payment was incorrect, they could have at least achieved there slightly positive feedback, but it isn't. When after all this you don't even get paid correctly, even when they explicitly tell you that you will get paid in full, which is simply lying again. This is all by far not everything negative but whenever I think of this starts a feeling of provocation. Ridiculous group exercises, tasks, single exercises tasks and tests where you can not focus due to the rabble-rousers in the class who at the age range of 21 need the attention of the class affecting others working performance. If you had a bad mark in school ask yourself if this was really your fault or the fault of the troublemakers in the class, that prevented you from focusing or the teachers fault itself. That is ASOS training defining. They say the tests don't decide anything, which is a lie again as the score will be taken to your work performance sheet. The training seems to have been created by prostitutes for school children. My final statement for ASOS: ASOS lies! To my person, I am a descendant of US - Fox Cherokee diplomats that were stationed in West Germany during the 80's. I have a diplomatic passport and I am a Knight of St. John.

Absolutely shocking customer service. I waited two weeks for my delivery to arrive, I was told if it didn't arrive by a certain date to get in contact with them and they would take action. I contacted them after the agreed date had passed to be told I'd been passed on to a "specialist team" who would contact me within 24 hours...30 minutes later I received a notification fro Paypal saying my order had been cancelled and I'd been issued a refund....I didn't want or ask for a refund! I wanted my order! They think they are so big that they can get away with service like this. They don't even have a complaints process so I was left feeling totally dissatisfied.

Purchased $526 of goods at ASOS in multiple sizes/sizes to try. All were of poor fit and quality, so I returned items via their USPS prepaid label as they guarantee free returns. When USPS lost my package, ASOS refused to help even try track it and basically told me next time to insure it. Buyer beware - poor quality, poor customer care, and the potential loss of your money

Constant delivery problems Every time I order something from ASOS my orders get delayed, even if I pay for 2-days express delivery they manage to mess it up. So if you think about purchasing something for a specific occasion, keep in mind, that they may not despatch the order on time. Horrible customer service, I made a purchase on February 16, paid 8$ for express 2-days shipping, my order wasn’t dispatched until February 24, when I’ve contacted ASOS they refused to refund me with express delivery fee and assured me that my package will arrive on February 26. On February 26 I check the tracking to find out that my order is scheduled to arrive on March 6! Ridiculous!

I placed an order as I have before here and on many other websites. I usually pay by Paypal or Visa Debit whereby the money comes from my well funded account. Today they say I haven’t passed security verification and my account has been cancelled. WHAT THE HELL IS THAT WITHOUT AN EXPLANATION? Customers services have confirmed “sorry can’t do anyth8ng about it”. IF YOU WANT TO TURN CUSTOMERS AWAY YOURE DOING A GOOD JOB. You have very low customers ratings .. I’m not surprised.

All I can say shopping by ASOS turned out to be the worst experience with online shopping I ever had. I have never encountered the shop that doesn’t care if their customer will receive an order or not. Support workers won’t move a finger to help you with your order. When asked to contact the Pony Express directly they say that they can’t because (!) as they ship to 200 countries they can’t contact all the local services. Well, what can I say, quantity over quality strategy is pretty lame in 21 century and fires back in the future. Every time I contacted them they informed me that the ONLY thing that can be done is to wait for the return of the parcel to ASOS and get the money back. Another thing is the express post service. I never thought I am the one who will be saying it, but Russian Post is far more reliable then Pony Express. But ASOS imposes on their customers the services of Pony Express (they even change without any notice and permission the chosen method of shipment ) and refuses to deal with the arousing problem. I am really disappointed with this attitude and services. Russia has a huge target audience but since you chose such a way to treat your customers you pushed many people away.

Should have checked the online review prior to ordering. The worst, the absolute thrash, the horrendous and even borderline scam of a business, ASOS. I can understand the longer then usual delivery as I am not from the UK, that is fine, but what the hell? I delivery failed as no one is around to receive the parcel, which is fine. Contacted ASOS support, garbage of a support. Asked how can I be notified of the delivery, they gave me the email to contact SkyNet, which is their courier. Contacted SkyNet, no respond. Checked with Asos, no way to know when the item will delivery, was only told BY 25 Feb, meaning it could be earlier but no way to know when. No way to leave my contact for their courier to drop me a call prior to delivery. No way to get a refund. No way to arrange for a self-pickup. And, best of all, if no one is around to receive the parcel, it goes back to Asos and they get to keep your money. And what did the support do after to acknowledged by concern? Ends the chat prematurely with "As my previous colleague advised, your order will be delivered by 25th. Thank you" less then a minute after that "We will proceed to close this chat as we have not heard from you in a long period of time"

Did't know ASOS sells second hand clothes but charges the price of new... Ordered a dress two times and it came damaged and dirty... obviously worn(not tried on), but worn by somebody else... green stains under armpits on a white dress... disgusting even if it is your own dress... All in all very disappointing...

I desperately needed some trainers as a gift to be delivered today (13th Feb). I paid for next day delivery to guarantee this. I received an SMS at 7am saying my order couldn't be delivered today and to contact ASOS. I contacted ASOS and they initiated a 'return to sender' request at 1am. They said my order will be returned to them and I'll be given a refund. I have never had a company sell me a product with guaranteed next day delivery and then stop my order from reaching me at 1am, I'm simply lost for words. I've now got no present to give to a loved one and have purchased the same item from a competitor of ASOS who have guaranteed me next day delivery. ASOS asked me to order from them again but if they don't know why they cancelled my order as it was being delivered last time then it is likely to happen again. I was a brand new customer who had never purchased from ASOS before, this was the first transaction and the start of our relationship. I would give them 0 stars if possible. I wish I had checked their review ratings - they are rated terrible for a reason, please do yourself a favour and buy from a more caring and organised company. I wanted to make a formal complaint, I was told that I had to do it using their website which is more for troubleshooting. After much hassle I wrote a complaint. The person completely ignored all of my written text and treated me as though I was a happy customer checking on their order - very poor. The response I received is below: Thanks for contacting us at ASOS. Sorry to hear you didn't receive your order 388914318 and it's being returned to us. I've checked your order for you and it's on its way back to our warehouse due to you explaining you wouldn't need this order unless it arrived at a certain point. We're unable to resend your order to you. As soon as we've received the parcel, we'll refund the cost of the items and send you an email to let you know. Please allow 7 working days for your parcel to arrive at our warehouse and be processed. We'll drop you an email when it’s been done. It may take 5-10 working days for funds to show in your account. If you haven't received a returns confirmation email by the 22nd of February let us know and we can look into this for you. I'm really sorry your order didn't reach you. If you still want the items and they're still available, please order them through our website as normal as I'm unable to place your order for you, for security reasons. An easy way to do this is to log into your account, view the original order and then add the items you want back into your shopping bag. We make every effort to ensure that you receive your orders on time and are happy with our service. I'm really sorry you're being asked to wait a little longer; occasionally there are postal delays which are outside our control. If you have any more queries in the meantime, get back in touch and I'd be more than happy to help. Best Wishes,

Like many people that have left reviews on here I have spent months dealing with ASOS's semi-automated customer service to no avail. I ordered an item for £150 through instant delivery. Item never arrived despite me waiting in and numerous attempts to deliver it. I asked for the delivery to be cancelled and a refund. 2 months later - no refund. Every time I speak to customer service I get the same template response. Told that my query will be passed onto the specialist team and to wait for an email. Apparently the item needs to reach ASOS's warehouse from the courier CitySprint in order for them to issue the refund. This is ridiculous. I should not have to pay for the failings of ASOS's courier service. I will not be using ASOS again after years as a customer and I shall be telling everyone to avoid.
