ASOS does not believe in customer service! It has taken numerous emails (at least 15!) to try and resolve an exchange issue due to their sizing running on the smaller size. They will not honor the original price I paid and insist on charging more! Also, different customer service reps continuously respond to my emails so not one of them can not be held acccountable to finish my query from beginning to end. Despite being a student and proving proof to them, they will not issue the student discount code to me. They want to do business in the USA but don’t want to learn how we work over here. There is no phone number, email is the only way to reach out to the many reps who respond without taking ownership of your complaint. My issue has still not been resolved.

Friends, I do not advise anyone to buy on Asos !!! I got into an unpleasant situation with order 331562162 - employees of the Asos warehouse were mistaken and instead of the 44th size shipped, they sent the 47th, and even in the packaging from the 45th (all photos in the attaché). This alone speaks volumes about the quality of their products ... They refuse to return money, they refuse to send a replacement. The support service for the carbon copy sends the same message that in order to return the money I must send them the goods back. I agree to go to the post office and bother with refunds, if this is my mistake with the size and the thing did not come up stupidly, but when the store makes a mistake - in normal places, money was immediately returned without any questions. Spending now my time and a month waiting for the sake of a thousand rubles I'm not going to, but I warn other customers about such a bawdy service! Quotation from the Asos support service: "We send a large number of parcels every day, and the staff of the dispatch department scan the barcode on the package and can not always check the correspondence of the goods inside.". Accordingly, what you actually send in the parcel - it is unknown.

I am so upset to find that the birthday vouchers my friends got me were stolen back by asos without them even ever letting me use them. Also I had a bunch of a list vouchers they never even bothered to tlel me about. They kept it all a secret hidden on a page that is not easy to find so that you don't know about them. They have stolen about £100 in vouchers from me by deliberately not informing me of them, and not allowing me to add them to my orders. All my birthday gift cards my friends got me all gone....when I emaile dthem they blamed it on spam filters even though i have none set up and every single asos order email and promotional email has gotten through fine, all the emails they claimt o have sent about my vouchers do not exist, and they are dishonest and very very sneaky. So upset and after over a decade of using the site I will never shop again, they were very rude and would not even give me my birthday money back, they stole all of it and now lie through their teeth and making excus

A month ago I placed an order for a few black summer dresses and paid for express shipping because I needed black clothes urgent. I have just lost a loved one, and where I come from we wear all black for at least a couple of months - I am not a very big fan of all black so I really needed some new clothes to get me by these couple of months. Unfortunately, four weeks on, my order never arrived despite my efforts to raise a flag almost as soon as I placed the order, as I knew that not receiving a tracking link within a few hours was bad news. Anyhow, customer care has apologized and advised me to place a replacement order, which I did. A week later I still haven't received a tracking link or my order. I have tried email but no one is replying. I have tried explaining that I really need black outfits and since apparently they cannot do the simple task of shipping an order, then they should at least give me back my money without further delay so I can go shop for black clothes. Nothing. They don't even care. It has now been a month and they still have my money (more than 200 pounds) and I still don't have any black clothes or money to go shop for some. I have tried being polite, even apologized after writing an angry email. I have tried reasoning with them. I have tried making them understand my situation hoping that they will be more sensitive. Nothing. Still no replies. Still no clothes. Still no refund. Asos online shop is incapable of letting people shop online. It's Russian roulette whether your order will be dispatched and it's a nightmare to get your hard earned money back. I have relied on them and they have let me down twice with no intention of fixing their mistake. Please avoid them. Do not make the same mistake as I did trusting them twice.

There have been issues with delivery, which has resulted in my parcel never arriving. I am still waiting on a refund from ASOS. I don’t normally leave reviews, but felt feedback was needed. ASOS need to change their courier to someone other than DPD. Until they do I won’t be ordering from ASOS again

absolutely disgusted at ASOS . I returned jeans for the second time as both pairs were faulty , now I had paid on a gift card that I was given now before I threw it away I asked on the ASOS chat if the refund woukd go back onto gift card the guy told me it would go on my main payment method so I threw the card away now guess what it has not gone on my main payment method and has gone back on the gift card I no longer have 😡😡😡 I'm now 35 pound out if pocket

It will be a short review - i ordered Armani watches, T-shirt and shower gel. Surprisingly, i've got only T-shirt and shower gel, contacted support - BANNED ACCOUNT EVEN IF I HAVE A VIDEO PROOF OF UNPACKAGE! BEWARE OF SCAMMERS, DON'T MAKE MY MISTAKE!

Ordered a pair is shoes. They came and they were way to small. The sizing is way off. Sent them back via Collect +. They now say they haven’t received them back and will not refund me

I've never had major issues with the company until my last order. They had an offer and depending on the amount of your order you could have used a promo code for a discount. GIMME50 GIMME75 GIMME100 My total allowed me to use GIMME100. Some of the clothes didn't fit and I needed to return them. Instead of calculating the discount for each item (including the ones that I kept - the majority) before refunding they completely removed the discount, taking it off the refund. Other than being not fair, since the discount applied to all of the items, they wouldn't even recalculate the discount for the new amount. "Our policy doesn't allow us to do so". As their policy was imposed on them by some other entity. ASOS always seemed to me a company very similar to Amazon, which tries to establish a long term trust with its users, so to become the first choice today and in the future. This was an unprofessional move and they won't see me back. Just sent a request to delete my account as well. I might be just another customer, but you're just another retail website in an ocean of options. Good luck.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I used the spend $250 get $70 off. When I returned half the items because they were poor quality, smelt bad and didn’t fit they only gave me $11 back and subtracted the $70. I ended up having to return it all so that I could get my money back.

I ordered a few dresses and typed the cc expiration date wrong (my fault completely). They sent an email about the order not going through. When I logged back into my account, I discovered you have to manually enter each item back into your bag. What a pain. Why can't you fix the cc and re-order? By the time I got to doing this a few days later, the promo code that I had originally used had expired. When I contacted customer service they were completely unhelpful and seemed to be speaking off a script. They're not willing to honor the code and that is more than enough to NEVER order from ASOS again. There are so many better and more professional online clothing companies that truly care about their customers. I hope this dissuades some people NOT to order. The aggravation and headache are not worth it.

Description of the product wasn't accurate (the dress was 100% polyester, not 100% cotton as stated) and I didn't get my money back.

Ordered my item from ASOS on the 19th Feb item dispatched on the 20th by 6th Mar still haven't received my parcel. Live chat to only find out that item is lost and no one from ASOS updated me only when i ask for an update. The replacement delivery they offered is the standard international delivery meaning which i have to wait for another 10days! i couldnt believe that i have to wait for a month for my parcel. When i suggested that ASOS should be responsible for the replacement delivery with free express delivery service, the customer service officer could only repeat that damn standardize sentence of "you will be charged for the delivery cost"Just wtf man! shitty service with unreliable courier!!!!!
