“I couldn't do the survey the call ended before I could start so I don't know the questions but the customer service was the best I think I have had ever he was polite answered all my questions and it sounds like assurance wireless is going to be a great company to switch to and the upgrade is unbelievable but fantastic ! She took the time to listen to my complaint, and look into solving the problem. Then fixing the problem. Best customer service Representative I have ever had! She is an asset to Assurance Wireless !!!

“Well I really appreciate all y'all's complaints about Assurance Wireless. Someone at Assurance Wireless must have read all of them and took action ASAP because seems all those problems have been addressed because I applied on Thursday and received my phone on the following Monday. Free phone works good. So far no problems. Of course it's early in the game for me but like I said so far so good. We shall see.”
“I've been using insurance wireless for over 5 years I'm returning customer I think the service is great but I'm much better than other sharks they have out there looking around trying to get your money at least you get your prices reasonable if you need to upgrade it's always available”

“I've had nothing but positive, even a wonderful experiences with assurance. I'm low income and they have provided me for 4 years straight with fantastic smartphones. There's been a few hiccups here and there but nothing that an assurance wireless representative can't handle. I have no complaints about insurance. Only compliments. I'm sorry you guys disagree”
