“It was prompt service with good and easy comunication. The delivery company did not transpose the correct address changing it to the first similar address under the Post Code WV166SJ...Sent to Courtyard Cottage instead of Rose Cottage The Courtyard. The other problem is that there was no invoice in the plastic container stuck to the box. Again a Delivery Company fault therefor I rate the your service only as Good due to your choice of delovery perhaps as it was not a true FEDEX delivery”

“I ordered a full PA system over 18 months ago for work to use for presentations and conferences and it has worked fine apart from the use of headset and lapel mics. Unless one spends serious money they probably aren't worth bothering with. We have now obtained some additional hand-held wireless mics instead. I order another full PA system earlier this year for another of our offices and that too is working well. We didn't bother with a headset and purchased just mics instead. Overall the speed of delivery is excellent. The quality of the products is also good although we have only ever purchase budget systems. The service was also excellent and responses timely.”

“I have used Astounded quite a few times now for my personal and work related projects and have always found them to be a good source of supply and service each time at a competitive price. Although we have had issues with some products, there has never been any issue in replacing these items immediately. “EXCELLENT PRODUCT DOES WHAT IT SAYS ON THE TIN. THE ONLY RECOMMENDATION I WOULD MAKE IS THE 12V PLUG SHOULD ALREADY BE ATTACHED, AND IF YOU DO NOT REQUIRE IT SIMPLY CUT IT OFF AS OPPOSED TO KNOWING SOME ONE WHO HAS A WELDING ROD NOT ALWAYS EASY.”

“Great and unbiased advice over the phone. The kit is great and packaged well. The only thing I would have suggested is to let me know in advance that the product was currently out of stock (delivery of stock was delayed due to bad weather) it was out of your control I know, but I had to phone myself on the estimated delivery date to check on delivery. I wasn't personally bothered, but some people might have been, especially if they were relying on the arrival of their gear. Hope this helps! Many thanks, Craig Bevan”

“I bought a pair of QTX QR8A 8" 200W Powered PA speakers, at first I tried to buy online but payment didn't go through (something to do with a SAGE error) which was a little frustrating, so I contacted the support email to see if they could help. The next day they contacted me to to apologise for not being able to purchase online but said i could call and they could take payment online. I did and they were able to locate my order from my basket in my account and let me buy the speakers, no fuss and easily done. The speakers arrived a few days later and I have tested them in my PA system and the quality of the sounds is excellent - a good purchase”

“I brought a pa system from astounded back in 2013, unfortunately on of the speakers are now faulty, thinking I would be charged with a hefty repair bill, astounded managed to trace my order and informed me they are still under guarantee and to send it off and they will do the rest ( which I will do soon ), not the quickest company to respond to queries tbh but when they do, the service and advice are excellent. Thanks for your help astounded, I would recommend you to others”
