Dear Gwyn, Thank you for getting in touch. We as a company allow up to and including 21 days for the returns process. Once we have received the return back we will process the request. Refunds take 3 - 5 working days from this point of processing, and exchanges 5 - 7 working days. We will not know that we have received your parcel, until the item is with us until it is entered into the system. You can check your returns tracking number, with the carrier you returned the order with, to confirm the parcel has been received to us, pending being processed through our warehouse.
